Are you sure about that? Altcos have also gaining maybe youre looking on some major downfall but the altcoin dominance is also increasing while bitcoin dominance still remains at its level.

The year 2019 is nearing the end of the year, but the Cryptocurrency market has not shown a fantastic increase. Even now the price of Bitcoin has fallen considerably, I think 2019 is less friendly with Cryptocurrency.  And investors and traders have to hold their coins even longer to get big profits.  My hope is that in 2020 the price of Crypto can repeat in 2017.

Yeah, halving will make Bitcoin price to move up significantly. As we can see two halvings before that triggered a big impact and increase. However, something may occur differently. That is why we can wait for the next halving and hope for the bullrun comes.
