I am not using yobit anymore. I can't trust yobit anymore. So, I don't need their support. I have seen some bet/casino lover really love yobit. But, From my experience, I always ignore is exchange.

They have never known how to talk to their users, they have always had problems for that and since Yobit started selling Lisk IOU tokens in 2016, it has proven that it can be many things, but not a serious and professional exchange. The last time I used it was at the end of 2014 and I will not use it again.

I agree with you,it is dangerous to make a lot of money on this exchange,support is about nothing,so also a full casino in many coins!Speculating on a small amount in the ICO to quickly sell is a good idea,but when you deposit, you should immediately accept the possible loss! :(

In my Personal experience im having trouble with deposit the network already confirmed my transaction but it doesnt arrive on my yobit account balance im writing down the support but it doesnt response! its very annoying and dismayed and i dont trust anymore on Yobit exchange!
For the last 4 years after your post support on this exchange also does not want to work))) you can not write to them, the best thing to do is to write to them in telegram chat, there they answer much faster, it is a time-tested method.

In my Personal experience im having trouble with deposit the network already confirmed my transaction but it doesnt arrive on my yobit account balance im writing down the support but it doesnt response! its very annoying and dismayed and i dont trust anymore on Yobit exchange!
Am not sure in this forum mate but from where I came from Yobit is being Banned from advertising because of this kind of behavior and not mentioning tons of  scam accusation from people that received no clear answer as their support is really sucks, but that was years ago when I have heard issues about them and maybe because they are gone forever there.
But good for you to experience this personally so you can vouch for their kind of behavior towards their users , aside from they are being accused of being Pump and Dump exchange.

yes never that I become a victim mate all those that I have said is according to what I have heard and read all over the forum years back.
so I cannot vouch about Yobit being Good or being Bad .
what I only asking since then is that why they are not responding to all the scam accusations instead they just continue running their spam signature campaign that made  the forum officials banned them.

Most of the exchanges that runs along yobit when it was still allowed in Bitcointalk, they all succumb to the new exchanges. Bittrex was once the famous but they too failed to compete the evolving communtiy.

Though banned and was prosecuted heavily in Bitcointalk, yobit is the only exchange that survived its test. Its still alive to this day. I think their community is much bigger today, mosty Russians.

There are things that patience cannot solve and Yobit customer support is one of those things. They have always done things "their way", without giving much importance to the users, although it may seem harsh, it is the reality. As for the user interface, I seem to remember that it has been the same for quite a few years.



Most of the exchanges that runs along yobit when it was still allowed in Bitcointalk, they all succumb to the new exchanges. Bittrex was once the famous but they too failed to compete the evolving communtiy.

Though banned and was prosecuted heavily in Bitcointalk, yobit is the only exchange that survived its test. Its still alive to this day. I think their community is much bigger today, mosty Russians.

I used Bittrex for a few years and the experience was positive, I remember that the few times I had any kind of problem it was quickly resolved by the customer support team. It's a shame it had to close its doors.

Considering liquidity, interface, support, and other factors, everything seems to suggest Yobit decline in this market. I can't predict Yobit future, it might just continue to exist rather than develop or compete with other CEXs in the increasingly competitive market.

The development of AI could provide Yobit support with additional capabilities to improve its service, or users may need to be more cautious when using Yobit's services so as not to require support from Yobit.

I hope that Yobit can read these topics on crypto forums and implement support services directly on AltcoinsTalks if they want. The same is being done by crypto Mixers: the project can support users more effectively, while also having the added contribution from community members and helping the project to be promoted to potential users.

That's the only problem with Yobit: they can't respond right away. They want all things to be automated, just like they did on their campaign, which leads to spam. That is why Theymos decided to ban Yobit on the BTT forum.

I am one of their users and I don't have any issues with them, only support is what I hate it takes almost weeks before you get a response.
Other services are smooth except for the support.
The development of AI could provide Yobit support with additional capabilities to improve its service, or users may need to be more cautious when using Yobit's services so as not to require support from Yobit.

I hope that Yobit can read these topics on crypto forums and implement support services directly on AltcoinsTalks if they want. The same is being done by crypto Mixers: the project can support users more effectively, while also having the added contribution from community members and helping the project to be promoted to potential users.

The old users who been in crypto before 2016 are still using Yobit. I saw the same usernames on chat back in the days that I have chatted before.

If AI is going to be used I think it will make yobit a more automated. But do you think AIS will only leave few errors not affecting users funds?

I don't think AI would be the best solution for this but it might work on common cases related only to bugs and errors on their site.
If it's related to the user's funds this should require human support not AI because I'm afraid AI might lead you to a wrong guide that can affect the user's funds.

Why not try to email them via a support ticket from their exchange? It might take a while but I believe they gonna check this thread and respond to all questions here.
