YoBit Exchange Poor Support Services is very disgusting!

The old users who been in crypto before 2016 are still using Yobit. I saw the same usernames on chat back in the days that I have chatted before.

If AI is going to be used I think it will make yobit a more automated. But do you think AIS will only leave few errors not affecting users funds?

I used YoBit on some occasions quite a few years ago and I can assure you that absolutely nothing has changed. And I'm not talking about the user interface, but the way they treat the customer. In this case, I do not think that AI is going to change anything or improve YoBit's user experience, since the problem is the same as always, not serving the customer adequately and within reasonable deadlines. The problem is human, and no AI is going to solve it until those responsible for the exchange change their way of working, something I doubt after so many years.

That's precisely why they don't want to change, they know (I guess) that the users' perception would remain the same even if the exchange changed 100%, both visually and in terms of customer service, their name would be "chasing them" and potential new users would already have too many negative references to start using it. As I already said, maybe the owners of Yobit are the first interested in not changing, and I can understand that after so many years, but if they had done it before it is possible that they would now have a good exchange that users could trust.

Why not try to email them via a support ticket from their exchange? It might take a while but I believe they gonna check this thread and respond to all questions here.

A good idea to try but unfortunately, I don't use Yobit often anymore or need support from the Yobit team. Other users can do this to help Yobit improve their service over time.

I think the only motivation for me to actively contact Yobit would be to suggest they run a signature campaign on AltcoinsTalks to promote their service and support users more effectively. I'll think about this possibility, or someone else could contact the Yobit team now to bring a Yobit sig-campaign to AltcoinsTalks ^^

It is a very old exchange and i have used it quite a few times but their support behavior wasn’t good and fast. Over time this exchange has gone under water and many users have dropped out. There were many scam reports about this exchange which i got from btt forum. Currently, if there is to survive then the ownership needs to change and some big institutions need to be involved so that investors can easily establish trust. All new and old investors are now running towards binance, kucoin, gate, bitget, bybit exchange, so there are many new members to survive in the market need to develop.

Overall, the exchange had a bad reputation on the other forum and since then, there hasn't any been news regarding this exchange. I already thought that the exchange has been gone already like the other exchange that also created in 2018. It's surprising that they're still in operation, but with not that good support services, this is already a red flag for me. I would say to others out there to stay away from this exchange, and instead, use a better and more reputable one.

The bad reputation that YoBit has acquired over the years is solely the credit of its owners. They have had years to listen to users, make changes to improve service and customer support. If they have not done it, it is simply because they have not wanted to do it, I think it is very easy to understand. YoBit has stayed online thanks to the hundreds of self created tokens they have launched with the sole intention of pump and dump.

With the years that YoBit has been on the market, they could have built a really good exchange, with a large number of active users. They really could have been a big exchange, but unfortunately it didn't happen due to lack of action from the owners.

^. They still are insolvent like FTX though.  The newer exchange we thought would last are already gone compare to yobit. I say they are still reliable when it comes to just trading BTC and stablecoin.

The only stuff to avoid in yobit is investing on those actions because you may not be able to withdraw them. They don't usually update the block chains of actions.But I think they are already getting better and no KYC still and if anonymity is a traders concern I guees yobit are still an option.

I didn't really experience any of those accusation as along as I stay with BTC and USDT.

We don't know who's really behind Yobit. It could be Durov, or another big name in crypto, or even a Russian government entity... All we know is that Yobit has been on the decline for years and doesn't seem interested in competing with other CEXs.

Yobit is still around unlike FTX, but that doesn't mean it's worth using. I wouldn't recommend Yobit to anyone. There are plenty of better, more liquid CEXs out there.

You don't have to engage in that pump and dump coins. Often times it's the developers making it's pump and if so it is part of it, they just tend to make money out of it too.

But surely it's worth using when you are up for anonymity this you are backing away from the control of regulation from your government. Too bad that yobit is misrepresented by the competitors.

I have heard about Yobit exchange far back in early 2018, and most of the information i got was not encouraging. some users said Yobit is a pump and dump exchange with very poor customer support, while many others had given poor reviews on social networks about deposit and withdrawal issues.
As a trader, i am good on reading exchange platform reviews and whatever outcome i got mean a lot to me. On Yobit exchange, i have concluded that much of it's negative reviews that i have read has given me a bad impression about trading on the exchange.

In my Personal experience im having trouble with deposit the network already confirmed my transaction but it doesnt arrive on my yobit account balance im writing down the support but it doesnt response! its very annoying and dismayed and i dont trust anymore on Yobit exchange!

I dont see anything to stop your money from arriving at the intended wallet account if you never made a mistake, some it may be due to delay in transaction when the mempool is being congested, but on similar cases, on an average, a transaction don't have to take that long before arriving, even when the mempool is full, there are times it gets less congested and we can make transaction and have it confirmed without much delay.

Their reported volume is clearly fake, they only deal with shitcoins and pump and dump schemes, unless it acts like a front for some money laundering or tax evasion scheme they could have already packed their bags and closed it down already, I doubt they make enough money from actual traders still operating there.

I don't know if yoBit is involved in this type of economic activities, but two very important things must be taken into account. The first of those things is that YoBit was founded in 2014 and that has given its owners time to obtain large amounts of cryptocurrency at relatively low prices. The second thing is that YoBit is based in Panama (I don't know if it has always been like this) and as we all know Panama is a well-known tax haven, which "offers" much softer laws depending on what type of activities.

Yeah, but having made a ton of profit buy being an early adopter doesn't mean you need to keep running a business that doesn't bring you the same returns anymore and might actually be losing money. It's like the second mal in our city, 10 years ago it was the busiest place in town for 4-5 years, rents were through the roof, now that there are 4 more and the population has shifted towards the north it has been sold 3 times in two years.
