There are some reasons for being optimistic. For instance, more institutional investments will be seen in 2019. We all read news on Bakkt and Fidelity.  In addition to this most of the high-ranking cryptocurrencies have major updates in 2019 including Bitcoin and Ethereum. But I agree with CEO of Cardano who says it may take too long to reach 2017 level.  Without mass adoption, the cryptocurrency market will be stable in 2019.

It's still early. I wait for staying at this phase, till the first three quarters. Any action will be seen in the last quarter of 2019. I'm optimistic about this, and I think that, as the next bitcoin halving approaches, we may see a bull rub, because mining will be more difficult after the next halving,

I also holpe the crypto market will bounce back again like in 2017,  But For now  I see the are still struggling.
