Forex and crypto are both profitable, it depends on how you are willing to take your time and be committed to it and learn, I prepare crypto because it is a decentralized means of exchange, I do not know too much about forex, but people who do forex trading are earning too.

If you trade in one then you can also trade in other. There are both similarities and differences. Crypto is very volatile compared to forex. In forex you have to go for long term investment if you want to earn real profit. In crypto you can earn profit in short term but the risk is also higher compared to forex.

Choosing whether to trade either crypto or Forex is on preference and one reason some people prefer to trade crypto because they can trade at any time during the week or weekend unlike forex were the market closes during the weekends. This is just one reason of course, there are many other reasons that people have personally.

You are right, some people started off as a forex trader but later identify themselves with crypto training, applying in crypto trading the knowledge they have about forex. After they become successful in crypto trading, they are not doing forex again. Forex trading was actually the first type of trading that I knew about and later when I gained enough knowledge in crypto was when I realized that there's anything as future trading in crypto.

In cryptocurrency you explore more opportunities and it's not like forex that requires you time to understand and monitor the various market sections and days to be traded, crypto seems more easier if you are out for it and can easily make profit when user or investor doesn't apply greed into crypto. The law of cryptocurrency is that don't apply excessive greed otherwise one would end up regretting why not taken the right choice of investment, and still i will encourage people to investment more on bitcoin that any other cryptocurrency coin out there since they are easily manipulated.
