I Agree with your insight. But the truth is crypto was still in its infancy and has plenty of room for improvement i believe that in the near future cryptocurrency adoptation was unleashed totally.

One thing you must  know is that we are in Digital world and so far as we are in digital world nothing can stop crypto  even when world get problem  with internet its not going affect only  crypto  it will effect fiat money in the bank .. Some offline currency means fiat money don't have no relationship between Internet connectivity but bitcoin such online cryptocurrency having relation with Internet connection. So if Internet existence thus bitcoin also exist.
