Meditation was practised by the ancient people specially from India and developed more by China. It is for the recreation and calmness spirit to deal life smoother and more effective as human being.

If you want to relax yourself maybe this is the right time to give for meditation. This could help you to focus and to have a calm heart and positive thinking.

I do not do it often but it is really effective if you want to be in control of your mind. Being "in the moment" is what I usually describe meditation.

Meditation can be helpful in trading as well because we sometime took wrong steps in panic and to avoid this panic one can practise meditation and overcome his problems actually through meditation one can control itself to react instantly it can help you learn patience, meditation makes you mentally and emotionally strong.

I think Meditation always help us to keep calm form worried attention. But it doesn't mean  that if we done meditation there will be no losses. It is only used to reduce stress.

Maybe for some people it is a way that can be done to avoid feeling worried when trading. But there are still ways to get rid of these feelings. By using risk management that is correct and must be disciplined. So we prepare ourselves to limit the amount of losses that we will get if the price drops suddenly. So we don't worry anymore when trading because there are limits that we set.

this is what I did. Every weekend, I spend time with my family and friends. Working in crypto is more tiring than in the office. We can get various kinds of jobs at crypto. Especially if we are good at trading. We can buy various kinds of coins if we are good at trading. Resting the brain for a moment is very necessary.
