ETH,BTC, or half token Payment Mode on All Bounty Marketing Campaigns must TRY!

As we all know that most of the time the Bounties are paid directly on its native tokens and this is not beneficial to us bounty workers, specially in this kind of market condition plus all of the reasons that the bounty workers will endure. such as long wait before being paid "in order to protect the price" but it seems ineffective and we are just like a hanging curtains here working for many months but recieve nothing Are you guys supportive in these kind of Payment mode in Ethers, BTC, any already listed coins or half token payment mode. Kindly drop you reasonable opinion below! I hope the people behind those Campaigns will hear us for a change! We are not working for Free thats the fact and its should be considerable reason.

I would prefer Ethers or BTC, but it will be difficult for Bounty managers, to find the funds to give you. Their token is not listed, and there is no way, to get Ether or BTC, to pay you. With their own token, it's easier, because they don't need to find funds, they just give you part of the created ICO tokens.

No it's not. Or in a such case MUST be and KYC for all bounty participiants. And prove to the goverment that's it's a hard work. If you like to help a campaign, you receive their tokens. Who knows, maybe it's a future BTC. So, better stop cry and go back to work!

I think the Bounty Manager has not any problem with this! Since we expect payment according to the sold tokens during the ICO campaign. if the ICO is not successful it means we dont get paid. the Burden is on the team and not on the Bounty Manager since the Bounty Manager is just a paid worker also. if the Team wants it will. But suddenly only few project so far has doing these kind of Payment mode. Most of automated blockchain marketing sites like, BountyPlatform,BountyPortals etc. has not directly paid on native Token. or just buy arrangement 70/30 payment mode 70% in ethers/BTC and 30% in native tokens. since those Automated Bounty sites are already know that some ICO's are not guaranteed to paid them or its just gone with the wind!

I am very supportive of your idea but if this move is being put into place firstly since hunters are receiving a more stable coin which also means the hunters might lose the advantage of making few folds from the ICO coins which is a trade off, secondly if ICO use this payment method what if the ICO is not able to continue its venture who will be the one responsible for the payment?

 "the hunters might lose the advantage of making few folds from the ICO coins" I think in the current situation its not highly possible to make a few folds from ICO tokens, its not even reaching half of its ICO price all is dump hard after it was listed, But if the market situation has change like 2017 will its no issue to recieve any ICO tokens,

Nothing as we all know as the Bounty workers if the ICO is failed or cancelled we dont get paid thats the standard Practice on the Bounty Marketing, "What i mean is the allocated tokens will computed to BTC or ETH value'" in the case of how much the percentage of tokens was sold during the ICO if its a successfull! Will these is just a Open proposal and not a policy "If the Team wont agree! There are two types of bounty managers, internal bounty managers and external bounty managers. Internal bounty managers are derived from the team members. While external bounty managers are not the part of the team members, they are paid to manage bounty program only.

Where did you fitch that kind of weird idea. understand carefully before putting your conclusion your like a kid. Its very tiring to explained or just read the conversation above. there is already bounty campaign doing that and its not required to earned $1,000,000 dollars worth of bitcoin as you are portrayed its actually and equivalent of allocated tokens during ICO price and not as you wish you are misleading! Actually most of the time Bounty equivalent tokens is computed base on US$ dollars equivalent or Ethereum according to the ETH/USDT price.  ex. if the campaign Allocated 1 million tokens and the price of token on the ICO was $0.50 per token thats a US$500,000 Budget Bounty or the equivalent on ETH or BTC or any kind of Token as they wish. thats not insane and its already done during some campaigns. just understand it carefully.

Sound stupid comment its very simple to understand why dont you just make it complicated just put it these way being paid in BTC or ETH is doesnt mean you need to raised million dollars before you can run a bounty the thread is proposing to convert the tokens into eth or BTC according to the ICO price just convert thats simple why people are necessary made things complicated when its not.

It's a very good idea to avoid a dump price is based on a bounty hunter. Thus expected prices to be more stable. It is also necessary to strive rules so much not to be a lot of fraud by bouty participants by using KYC strictly. Because as long as this bounty hunter is always accused of being the beginning of the price destruction in the market. By making payments using ETH and BTC make payables directly can be sold to Fiat.

Of course, I think that any payment for the services of bounty hunters - at BTC, ETH, USDT, or at least half of the amount in these coins, is much better than just paying in new tokens. Payment in tokens in the ordinary market is much more profitable, however, the risk to receive very small amounts is also a lot. This ideea is good only till the bear market is finish,for exapmle in the end of 2017 you will earn more money if you are pay in native token .
