Both are needed. Focus is also important to optimize the chance to be successful. Focus means you are serious in doing the activity. While technique or strategy is made to find the best way to reach your target. So, both are needed and inseparable..

Good answer I think. Both focus and technique have big roles in order to reach the success on trading. I think it shouldn't be done to choose one of them yet both are the crucial factors and have the same big influences.

I agree with your opinion mate,  the focus is not really needed in trading, but the technique is more needed.  We need the smart strategy  to do at the right  time in trading.

Yes i agree, we need to be seriously and concentrate if we do trading because the market is moving  and the prices are moving differently so we need to closely monitor as we might be losing too much of our investment and capital once the market will drops rapidly.

Capital as well as knowledge is required to do trading. Its not like that if you sit whole day on system you will earn good profit. I would say it is all about your skillset if you have good trading skillset you don't need to sit whole day on to the system. Do analyse the market once in a day and mark the trades you want to take when you will get opportunity and put buy sell orders with TP as per your analysis. Honestly speaking it doesn't require more than 2 hour per day.

Yes and thats absolutely true, doing day trading of your own is needed a focus and hardwork since it has risk and volatility issue . im doing day trading for more than 2 years now, before i was able to earned just a pennies out of my $500 dollars capital sometimes i even get negative including few dollars in my capital But it will be recovered after a several trading day. the more bigger capital the more bigger gains you can earned. But just take extra precaution since trading is high risk and volatility form of investment.
