Recently I see the video about Vechain a major partnership as some saying a biggest partnership in blockchain

so whats you think about Vechain have a potential to comes in top 5 crypticurrencies list ?

It has a good tech I think and certainly has landed some big partnerships but I still do not see it breaking into the top 5. We'll just have to wait and follow the developments.
