That wouldn't help much, as you already know new accounts would be created to continue with their nonsense, unfortunately, they don't realize how useless it is because their posts will be deleted. What is more effective is to lock the thread and give the OP a chance to reopen it after a simple PM, although it is something that never happens, since the OP doesn't care about the thread at all. In any case, if that user does the same thing again, they will have one last step to have their account blocked.

It wouldn't be bad to have a specific tag/badge for such accounts, that would probably end their shill journey on the forum.
As for the creation of new accounts and the movement from the beginning, they are quite easy to recognize, and it is honestly not a big job for me to expose them and present them here.

I know accounts like that are easy to identify, that's not the problem. The problem could be the number of accounts. Although by acting quickly we can always avoid a greater workload.

Utopia project on BTT did something similar recently - paid bunch of members $6 to leave a positive review on their app on Google store to mislead potential honest customers.

It's okay if the project financially stimulates people to test the product and write a short summary. That's ok as long as they do it with different independent users. They can always refuse to pay for an obviously fake review.

It is something completely different when one person sits down and creates several new accounts and has a discussion with himself, creating the appearance of greater activity and interest in a project/product.

No, Utopia only pays for positive ratings and reviews on its new Android app. It's no different than making numerous accounts to shill your product; the only reason Utopia is recruiting random users is that Google discourages using multiple IP addresses for rating.

Only scammers pay for inorganic positive feedbacks in attempt to rug pull.

We caught a huge farm (many dozens of accounts, probably hundreds) couple of years ago, and there are probably some tails of it still here.

Yes that's right, DAMKAR and pacar_tiri had participated in the coinomize campaign for quite a long time without being disturbed at all, until finally an investigation was created and found that the two were connected.

After that, this farmer tried to register again by relying on the limited information of the account that was connected, they used another account, they are still active until now rizqillah & dekafee79.

I've been in this field for ages and  transactions outside the  forum does not prove anything ; it's not enough evidence to linked an account together; friends, brothers can make transactions, share gas fees outside the forum, it doesn't prove anything unless there are social media link or accounts submitting same addresses for campaigns or bounty.
