why do people create a bounty project or social campaign without any future plan

There is only one answer to that: greed. That vice is a great manipulator. They all want to steal your funds. We cannot avoid such projects in crypto and til this sphere is regulated, I'm afraid, you'll see much more of those scams

Basically, a bounty is a set of first people. Someone will want to invest or support the project. Someone is just waiting for the payment to sell at any price. But the project does not guarantee that it will be successful. I've been involved in a lot of companies that looked great but failed.

Honestly, i am furious and angry with bounties campaign. why do people sat down and request for a bounty campaign on a project they have no intention of developing? why will someone employ a bounty manager to kick start a project and then drop it mid way? obivous because the funds are not coming and then you abandoned the project. many bouny website has dissappear because of this issue.

Hey, man! Well, here are a couple of thoughts on how to answer your question. First.. The project initially positions itself as a fraudulent scheme to raise money from early investors and not experienced hamsters. The second one.. during the advertising campaign, the demand for the service and product did not meet the expectations of the team and the project was closed. Force majeure circumstances also take place, as well as without them. In general, I do not advise you to sincerely trust and hope for those projects that you lead, be cool and do not rule out the possibility of deception at one of the stages of the company. This is life unfortunately. I respect projects that are honest with their associates, there are such projects.

in most cases that happens because of the project is scam from the first place and they wanna steal people's money and thats all,but in some cases, the project fails because of many reasons as example lack of funds which wont let the team to continue developing the token..

I have seen this in too many bounty before this is are projects that did not meet enough funding which cannot sustain the development cost like paying staffs and resources to use although its an online mostly and developing software it can also cost a lot and most developers today are demanding huge salary I also join many bounty that eventually disappear after ICO failed but most projects today are initially funded so they have the chance to develop silently and introduce bounty then IEO.

Money has always been the root of all evil  lol, I totally agree with you money is the main reason why scammer go so far as to faking an entire team and faking a project, they just want to get money from investors, then boom they will just varnish into the tin air, clearing all their footprint from the web, then start making plans for the next fake  project they will use to steal another money, it's never going to end sadly.

In fact, no bounty or social media campaign should be created without planning for the future.  First you have to plan for the future, then you have to create a social media bounty project.  It is not possible to make so much profit by creating a bounty project in advance.  The road map on the website must create a future plan.  If you do not create a future plan, you will not be able to control the project later.
