Usually, all projects, even knowingly fraudulent ones, present themselves as a full-fledged project. Personally, I find it difficult to recognize where the truth is and where the lie. And I think I'm not the only one. Many fell for this trick. Later you realize that the project is fraudulent. But it's' too late.

Especially those who are scammers try to make everything seem perfect for the investor and the bounty hunter, apparently everything so well done and so well prepared, is where we should start to doubt, especially those projects that from the beginning announce "our coin/token "will appear on Binance and Coinbase" after the ICO, and similar things. No matter how well they want to deceive us, there is always something that escapes them. DYOR is the most important.

This is one of the reason I leave some bounty this days aggressively.
Is very painful and annoying after participating for a campaign that lasts for 2months to the last week and they tell you the bounty has been paused. Some are even making use of it as an opportunity to scam the public.

Think of all the ICO/STO/IEO projects of the last 2 years that failed. Most of them have their coins still floating around. A lot of people lost a boatload of money and time by investing in questionable projects. In case of a serious project issueing a coin, it doesn´t mean they have a good team to execute or investors that back them up in case of financial difficulties.

You're right. Personally, I try to find projects that already have a working product. Yes, this will not completely eliminate the scammers. But this will lessen the chances of getting into trouble. And even if there are no such projects, it is better to wait out the time than to fall for the tricks of scammers.

In this problem I also feel annoyed because I also experienced it, but in my opinion if they stop at 1/4 of the way during the bounty campaign for me it is better than when the bounty is finished, especially if they ask for KYC on the grounds that they are afraid there will be multiple account participants, however until the specified time limit, it was not paid which made it even more annoying
In this case, BM must be firm in their work, don't just think about their own pay, without thinking about the bounty participants he recruits

I think that projects are created not because of the opportunity to make money, but because of the introduction of some technology or innovation. If initially there is a salary for the purposes of the project, then nothing good will come of it. As a last resort, it is worth combining these two components. But never put earnings first.

I somewhat agree with what you said, but we still have hope that there will be an honest Bounty project and work hard to develop the project.  So that everyone involved and participating in the project get satisfactory benefits.

Because they have in their plans to swing and increase their social networks, and not develop their product or idea in any way. Their goal is to subscribe as many people as possible to their all social networks and then it is possible to sell them for a certain amount, well, and also the road to fool some money from gullible investors, so to speak, they kill two birds with one stone.
Scams are not decreasing, the bounty is created only for subscribers, often copying the site or whitepaper of old forgotten projects, hoping that they will not be revealed.

Honestly, i am furious and angry with bounties campaign. why do people sat down and request for a bounty campaign on a project they have no intention of developing? why will someone employ a bounty manager to kick start a project and then drop it mid way? obivous because the funds are not coming and then you abandoned the project. many bouny website has dissappear because of this issue.

There are many grace hunters who start working on projects without thinking of anything.  Eventually it is seen that those projects go to the middle and stop at some point. No payment is available from such projects.  Just working on such projects is a waste of labor and time. So I am very upset about such projects.

It's not for you to understand. Humans exhibit their criminal sides where they are least controlled. Those devs or teams know what they are doing. Most are there for the eventual rugpulls, while a tiny fraction simply had to close shop because of poor funding
