I choose alts and ignore bitcoins

Invest in altcoins is not a big mistake. Some altcoins have the more good feature than Bitcoin itself. You can see some of them offer the speed in processing transaction, some of them smart contract ability and some of them can give you dividend when you hodl them. But remember the key is you must research which one is a really a good altcoins. Some people just got confused cause at the moment there is a lot of altcoins. I'm suggesting you just buy the top altcoins like Neo, Ontology, ETH, TRX

I agree with you completely, some of the features of alts are better than bitcoin, like security coins like Zcash, and speed of transactions of course is a big one as well.

BITCOIN low transactions and high fees are its main problems and are actually not solved. That's why there are many altcoins that are trying to replace it but without any big success. Bitcoin market dominance is still more than 50% and its value is relative high compared to altcoins if you look at prices now compared to 1 year ago.

I prefer some other altcoins like Cardano, Eth and Stellar Lumens to Bitcoin but BTC is always in my portfolio because its price can still make big movements in altcoins too.

In nowadays, people choose altcoins more than bitcoin due to potential and profitable reasons. The high value of bitcoin affects the possible high demands specially if the people are experiencing drought. Even people choose altcoins over bitcoin there's nothing change. Bitcoin will remain as the king.

I think it's a choice that I don't think is good, because bitcoin is a support for the success of other coins. If the problem of bitcoin prices still occupies the first rank in the cripto world maybe by joining all crypto it is much better

Altcoins now is better because some altscoins have cheap price right now and you can invest there and wait for to pump up. Bitcoin now is very down it good also to buy and invest in bitcoin and it will pump soon end of this year or first month next year just wait them to pump up and sell or trade it. No need to choose just invest to the good ones and right one to have more profit.

I've been ignoring bitcoin for a while now, I had bad experience with fees, and in the beginning lost a chunk because I was sending with high fees accidentally.  I put the rest, about $30 into dogecoins, and it rose to over $200 and I sold it.  After that I fell in love with alts.  I've been so spoiled with alts, if I have to wait longer than five minutes for confirmation, I'm a little edgy, I'm glad locked up bitcoin transactions are a thing of the past for me now, since I don't send bitcoin anymore.  Do you choose alts over bitcoin purely out of fees/long transacton times?

I personally stil prefer invest in bitcoin, because bitcoin is still the best of crypto currency.

DOGE is always made the choice for micro transactions, the fees are cheap and the network is pretty fast making DOGE good for that.
If compared with Bitcoin it is very expensive for the transaction costs.

If I had a few grand, I think I would consider bitcoin over others, maybe for stability or growth, but if I have 20 bucks and want to move it around, I think dogecoins or litecoin will save on fees in the long run.

Based on your story I understand it, maybe bitcoin is not worthy of being a money-making tool. But the reality is that many people store bitcoin and bitcoin to standardize the value of all Altcoins. I agree that to get money by trading in alt and then saving in the form of bitcoin and fiat.

So far altcoins is the another opportunity to invest more and more because there are altcoins that have bright future in crypto. Ethereum is good example of potential alt that shows to bitcoin that there are more chances in investment not just bitcoin.

I am the person. I prefer coins in Altcoin rather than having to go to Bitcoin. Because for me Bitcoin is too high to be able to reach and buy it in one coin. So I prefer Altcoin and there are lots of coins that are friendly and have good market potential.

Stellar lumens attracts me immensely, but I never ended up holding them, because I only had a little bit on a dice site.  But it's a currency I'll be following for sure.

Nope,its much better to have a diverge investment compared to a onesided investment by choosing only one investment.

Me too, Bitcoin fees was so high so that I prefer to invest and trade with altcoins especially ripple and monero. They arr good coins that always give me profit when trading, I dont see bitcoin as a profitable coin for now

for me they are both important in my life because it's just the loser in trading or markets. I think I'll choose altcoins because altcoins are now widespread in markets this year, but of course the bitcoin will not be released such conversations
