Updates:

* Information about the Yomix mixer that should be known before using this service (01. April 2024)

Yomix withdrew his deposits from 2 forums on which they were advertised (Exploit and another), and literally a few days after that, on another large hacker forum XSS, a user provided evidence that yomix stole 2 BTC from him (at the time of filing the complaint, yomix had on this forum there was a deposit of 1 BTC which was frozen). I won’t go into detail, but now their account is blocked and marked as a scammer.

Less than a few days later, on the same forum, another user reported the theft of 0.5 BTC. Some reputable users began an investigation and came to the conclusion that yomix and several well-known mixers belong to the same group of people.

Is there any reason why you include their BTT ann link? Considering mixers are no longer allowed there, I don't think it is really helpful for most people. Is it just to show their track records? Maybe we can just ask people to post their experience with new mixers if they don't have any announcement thread for that. Most mixers seem to migrate here as far as I can tell, so it should be easy to see reviews on this forum at least.

The official Bitcointalk accounts of all mixers still can communicate via PM, and If someone needs support, any available communication channel is welcome. The basic idea of this thread is to provide as much important information as possible, especially in cases when there is some trouble.

Many mixers still have a BTT link on their pages and not all of them have migrated to this forum yet. Once they also completely ignore BTT, I will delete the links.

BitMixList (https://bitmixlist.org/) this will give you the list of all the best, reliable and privacy sites Bitcoin mixers with additional information like the history of Bitcoin mixers and others

The idea is to open a discussion about mixers, not just a simple collection of data.

Nice and clean list, but maybe you should also add list of archived and closed mixers (no need to add all details for them).
I would also add Joinmarket, and controversial wallets with Coinjoin (Samourai and Wasabi).

Are all listed mixers support only Bitcoin or there are some with support for other altcoins?
Does anyone know what happened with Tornado Cash and similar service.

I plan to add these three mixers to the list, but they are quite unknown to me. Maybe because I haven't seen them active through signature campaigns.
Is there anyone here who has experience with one of these mixers, maybe they can share or recommend it.

I am not sure that it is important to mention mixers from the past, as well as possibly scam mixers or phishing sites. Simply, if they are not on the recommended list, then they should not be considered.

I could also add wallets with the Coinjoin function. Does the Trezor belong there, as far as I know, it also offers a similar possibility.

Are all listed mixers support only Bitcoin or there are some with support for other altcoins?

Honestly, I didn't pay attention to it when gathering information, but it could be significant as an additional feature for mixer services.

Never heard of them.

It is important to have a list of old-defunct mixers to avoid scammers creating fake one with same or similar name and different domain.
We don't need much information about them, it's enough to know they are dead.

Trezor can't do any coinjoin on their own, only in cooperation with Wasabi zkSnacks.
In similar way Sparrow wallet can do coinjoin with Samourai Whirpool.

Thank you examplens for such an informative thread, it's good for us to have all the trusted (atleast for now) mixers all in one place including their contact information, and as well as fees which I personally believe to be the most important part.

I have never tried any of this mixers, so it's hard to really write a good review of any of them at the moment, but then, I hope to try unijoin mixer soon, since it's also a mandatory thing for me to do as one of their signature ad campaign participant.

And concerning including link to the BTT ann thread of this mixers, let hope that users from this forum will be knowledgeable enough not to go creating mixer threads on btt, most especially those who may not know that mixers are banned on that forum.

Read and write carefully.
You are wearing mixer signature, and I think campaign rules are that you should try and review Unijon  ;)

Do you know any other forum or place that is advertising mixers right now except Altcoinstalks?

After mixer exodus happened there are two new rules added in bitcointalk forum today, and now mixers with ddos services are officially prohibited and not allowed there.

34. Promoting or linking to mixer services is prohibited.[11]

35. Promoting or linking to DDoS services is prohibited.[12]

Other forums don't necessarily have a large total number of daily visitors because the aim of this mixer campaign is to increase mixer users, and if other forums still accept mixer campaigns, you have to pay attention to how much traffic they get and how many people visit the mixer website. Bitcointalk is the biggest Bitcoin forum, so Theymos doesn't want to damage the forum's image just because of a mixer.

Hmm, well that is not the every time case, and yes in a marketing campaign, the number of targeted audiences matters. Bitcointalk was more competitive for the mixers and due to some shady cases of the mixers theymos decided to cut off the mixer's side but still privacy-related solutions for Bitcoin are open to be discussed except mixers. It's good for the forum because the perpouse of the forum was to discuss the Bitcoin not to promote the mixers.

AltcoinsTalks is a friendly crypto forum, here we do not ban any good projects. Each project has its own solution, its own target users and its own role in this market.

I believe that Crypto Mixer is one of the important parts to protect user anonymity, and not everyone who uses these services is a bad person with bad intentions. Many organizations and individuals do not want their investments to be traced  8)

I will try to keep all the information up to date, but any suggestion is welcome

This list is important.
I hope that in the future, altcoinstalk becomes a good place for mixers users , where they can get technical and community support , like bitcointalk used to be.

The most important is that we all can just come to altcoinstalks.com  and ask if a mixer is still safe to use or not.

Personally, I agree with joniboini. I would not include bitcointalk links are users might find outdated information there

OP can add prefix OLD ann topic, so everyone can go back in history and see specific mixer activity, something like archive for each service.
It would be best if those services create official accounts in altscointalks forum to answer questions directly here, like it was in bitcointalk forum.
Tumbler.io and few other mixers don't even have ann topic here yet.

I agree with you.
Mixers must move their ANN from bitcointalk to altcoinstalk so community can get their support here. Public places for discussions with service representative is a must for this kind of services.

I think they will come after a few months / weeks, and managers are doing a good job making campaigns here.

I left the Bitcointalk links because it is still possible to contact the mixers through their official accounts on that forum.
I will do an update in one or two days.

Yes, some mixers still haven't officially come to this forum even though they have their promo campaigns. Managers could push them.

Thanks for this wonderful presentation, I think am well used to some of them while some are still someone strange to me, but I can believe that the use of bitcoin mixers is what we all need to afford taking advantage on if we truly care about privacy, am just wondering how many people would have been exposed to the public if there were never any privacy measure in place like the use of mixers for our anonymity, thanks to everyone making this a reality and sustainable for the use of bitcoin, starting from coinomize.Biz down to the other available mixers for their good works.

Yes we certainly don't know about many mixers and we also don't know which mixers have fees, maximum and minimum amount of bitcoins that can be mixed.  Through this topic we got to know a lot about mixer and we can also know about what kind of announcement this mixer will make in the future through this thread.  Thanks to OP who created this important useful topic.

Brand new mixer appeared in forum few days ago called Tengricrypto, so maybe you should consider adding it in your list of mixers OP.
As with every new service better be careful and do your own research before using it and sending all your coins.

I'll move this discussion here because I don't want to derail the Unijoin thread by talking about the Sinbad mixer

They could blacklist any address they want and sending anything from that address to exchange would trigger automatic alert on their system, that could freeze your account.
I think Unijoin is smarter with addresses than other banned mixer you mentioned and they wont get connected with notorious hackers group.

They could, but they didn't. My conclusion is
Sinbad signature escrow address -> regular wallet -> Binance / there are no, or there were no additional checks
Sinbad signature escrow address -> Binance / Binance requested additional checks on the owner and origin of the coin

Looking at the whole thing about Sinbad, didn't they turn out to be quite wise, because all that was found with them was the escrow address (publicly posted) from the signature campaign on Bitcointalk? Around $13k at that moment, filled a few days before.
Remember Chipmixer, who had a huge amount of Bitcoins, servers, and data seized...

Wise how?  :o
I think they used the same address as blender mixer for making payments connected with bitcointalk forum  ;D
This was a rookie mistake and opposite of being wise, to say openly this was foolish and stupid.
Not losing money when seized was pure luck.

Yes, through this thread we can get all information about the mixers and I'm happy to see that members are already gaining some benefits by reading this thread. I would love to visit this thread time after time so I can gain updated information about the mixers.

In Bitcoin world we should know about mixers because they play very important role in the life of Bitcoiners. I think via this thread we will not only learn about mixers and their fees but also about the mixers that are advertising on this forum. Hope we may get such updates on time via this thread. +1 for your valuable comment.

I found this thread helpful though I am not using this services right now but maybe in the future if I need to. Hopefully this forum won't ban them as well just like Bitcointalk did. And yeah this is my very first time giving karma here on this forum. 😅

Glad to see this forum taking in the business already banned in Bitcointalk where I am also a member with a lower rank. Although BTT remains to be the number one cryptocurrency forum primarily because of its big traffic and being the original one even used by Satoshi Nakamoto himself, there is no question that Altcoinstalks is one big alternative and happy to see it taking up mixers being a tool used by many to further their desire to really remain anonymous away from the prying eyes of many interested institutions including the government. Personally, I don't see a big problem with mixers as I don't see eye to eye with the governments and in this age where data can be a treasure it is time that we secure our data and not be shared to anyone without our permission. Using the best mixer in the market according to one's preferences is one option one can use to evade intrusion into a person's privacy.

-RESERVED-

This is definitely not the final version of this post, there are a few more mixers that I know of, but I can't access some of them right now because of DDoS attacks, and I'm a bit tired right now.
CryptoMixer.io is also not working at the moment. I tried that using a VPN but same issue. It was working fine a few days ago so I don't know what is the reason now. maybe another mixer fall into the govt's hand or something else. or could be just a temporary server down.

I don't think this forum will ban mixers anytime soon. unless it is pressurized by some big govt entity or something like that. which I don't think would happen. because Mixers generally are not illegal. it's just that they are used for illegal activities which brings them into trouble.

Do you know any other forum or place that is advertising mixers right now except Altcoinstalks?

I've seen mixer or similar service advertised on Dread.

Although we must remember there's no way to know whether a mixer actually want to protect privacy or honeypot created by government.

I believe it was temporary because I just tried accessing the site from my end and it worked fine, I might go back after some few hours to see if I’ll get any error while accessing it.

This is very much appreciated OP. Compilation of this list is not as easy as we think because it involves one researching and verifying to know the extent of existence most of the mixers have been. Most of the listed mixers are very much familiar here whilst some were on the Bitcointalk platform before the unfortunate ban on mixers by the admin.
I believe this list can serve as a guide to those looking for mixers to engage their services because the OP is a reliable source of information and if I may ask is it possible to pin this thread at the top of  this board?

Yap, always need to check the Tor site in order to confirm that some of the mixer services are offline. We know from earlier that mixers can ignore clearnet sites, probably due to the greater use of Tor sites, and clearnet sites are more susceptible to ddos attacks.

It is true that mixers have been banned from operating on bitcointalk platform which I think the administrator did that for some certain reasons but however, the mixers announcement and signature campaign thread still exists and can be visited or opened at anytime for viewing. Putting their bitcointalk platform links here could give prospective clients and visitors that confidence that such a mixer do exist before elsewhere on a reputable platform and even running promotional campaign for publicity before the ban on them. This could help boast the presence of such casinos here and even prompt others to come register their presence here as well.

I think it is normal that some Mixer sites no longer have support on the Tor platform because, as you know, in America there are policy problems with Mixer, so many site providers are careful and don't want to have problems with the government or police regarding everything. which smells like a cryptocurrency mixer.

I'll share it here.
User @yummie reported a problem with the Tengri mixer, allegedly it was an amount of 3+ Bitcoin

3+ btc order. After almost 3 days still no money and no response to emails

Their first response:
Looks like I can't send PMs. Meanwhile there is still no answer from Tengri

Hello, sorry for the delay, I am investigating the case.

As they said, the problem was resolved (probably it was because @yummie did not write or complain anymore)

User @yummie deleted his posts, i.e. the content from them, unfortunately. It would be good if he also confirmed here and shared his experience with the Tengri mixer. It would certainly be significant for some future users.

Well, we cannot add more information, the user has requested maximum privacy. We respect the privacy of each user, finally the incident has been resolved via support. Thank you ladies and gentlemen for your interest.  And thanks for reporting this matter.

Now all @yummie posts have been deleted (I guess by mods), Tengri officially refuses to give more information about what the problem was. We did not hear a clear confirmation from the user, nor did we receive feedback from that side on how complicated the problem was

I'm glad that these things work, but we have almost no confirmation about this accident.
How do you feel about this kind of transparency?

I feel great thanks for asking ;D
Maybe because I was not involved in this and my coins didnt get stuck there.
Tengri owners dont want to reveal any information or explanations and we should respect that, but I wont be using their new service after this.

Can someone add stats information for all listed mixer websites, so that we can see who is better ranked and who is having more visits from customers?
Maybe we cant get very precise information and I dont think this is possible for onion links, but it can still be useful for some people.

The most likely answer to your question is NO.
I was making a website with a collection of all mixers, the plan was to automatically check whether each mixer is online and to print a label so that the user has this information. The problem is that many mixers have additional protections and stop this type of access, so I was getting incorrect results. Because of this, the Checker bot was reporting that the site was not available, when in fact it was just a protection.
Also, mixers most often consciously limit or completely disable third-party analytics, so I'm not sure that the results can be relevant to any conclusions.

You can use websites like similarweb.com to get website rankings, this is not exact information but it does show number of visits, ranking, countries and other things.

Let's take tumbler.io for example, they have global rank 1,748,460; country rank 231,469; total visits 17.4K etc.
https://www.similarweb.com/website/tumbler.io/

For comparison, unijon.io have global rank 2,341,313; country rank 690,440; and total visits 14.9K.
https://www.similarweb.com/website/unijoin.io/

Coinomize.biz global rank is 7,175,176 and they have 6.6K total visits:

Note that I took three random mixers from different campaign managers.

It appears that Yomix has inherited Sinbad's clients. Maybe it will bring profit in the short term, but in the long term, it can bring problems with the authorities I would be careful here and pay attention.
I'm not sure how "clean" the Bitcoins are now from their network.

I think cross-chain bridges are more problematic here than mixers, and they are much easier to shut down.
It's interesting to see how mysterious  North Korean ''hackers'' are always showing up conveniently whenever government want's to target some service, same as the evil terrorists with passports that don't get destroyed in fire.  :P

I wonder what is the probability of it having the same owner as Sinbad.

That would make more sense if it is true. Otherwise there is at least 10 more mixers that these guys aren't touching.

Why do hackers need a public mixer service at all? If they successfully hack some big systems, how come they need a third party to clean the coins.

Following the current trend, all other mixers may be close to closing, it's enough for this Lazarus group to send their Bitcoins and screw up their business.

To be honest, not having an ANN means nothing as long as they function and there are no allegations of fraud against them, the forum is fine with it. And, about the message you sent to the support, keep in mind that if it is not mixing/service related, you may not receive any feedback. Saying this out of experience.

Only a few mixers have their own ANN and official accounts here on Altt. I am under the impression that they still do not recognize this forum as an important place for communication with their potential users. We will see in a few months when all these signature campaigns here will be summed up.

We have already reminded the manager (Royse) several times to push the matter with Tumbler ANN here.

Either the Lazarus group is expanding significantly in the cryptocurrency, or it has become an excuse for governments to close any mixer. In general, with the tightening of the laws, I think it is a matter of time before all mixers are banned.

What case are you talking about and is it serious or similar to what happened with UNIJOIN?

I think it is futile, the current state is a maximum of improvement when we talk about the structure of the topics on this forum. The priority is bounty and various tokens in relation to things that we consider important for the crypto ecosystem. You should accept it and move on, at least that's what I did.

I couldn't find any confirmation on Google.
@icopress What is the source of this information?
yomix is working well, and if they are accused of being part of a money laundering campaign by Lazarus, it is unlikely that they stole $200,000.

So the two news are contradictory and both cannot be true. Either they stole 200,000 or it is part of a money laundering scheme.

Lazarus Group has been mentioned several times and has been linked to Tornado Cash[1], Blender.io[2] Chipmixer[3] and Sinbad[4] All of these mixers mixed millions of dollars, and no case of losing money was reported, so it was surprising that this happened with YoMix, especially since they showed that they had no financial problem, and the amount was 2.5 bitcoins, compared to what was paid in the signature campaign only.
If these allegations are true, this will be the first scam in which a domain linked to the Lazarus Group has been accused.

I think we're talking about handling the mixer more than the user experience. I'll ask @NotATether for more details, he already has a list and recently deleted these mixers from it.
I think it's better to create some kind of red (orange, yellow) list of shady mixers and still keep them for informational purposes, than to totally ignore them.
It can be challenging to know what mixers are good and what bad, but I think this can be achieved with community help and posting regular news and updates.
This is just my 2 sats, but it's his list so he can do whatever he wants.

Yeah, we really need some kind of trust system in this forum.

So we can tag users and services. This would certainly gives more functionality to the forum, and potentially bring more users. As poeple would seek trust information about services here , before using them.

I added an orange warning next to Yomix in the table from the first post. Referred to the quoted icopress post about it.
Orange, because still not confirmed with proof, even though I don't doubt the icopress words.
Red-coloured warnings would mean that the service is officially recognized as a scam or dysfunctional.

I think that there is no need for a green label because it could favour one over the other. I am also of the opinion that there is no need for an additional list of mixers that have stopped working because they are certainly offline, and even if they were operational they would be on the list.

I know that there are a few more mixers that are not on the list, I will look at them in the next few days to do a complete update.

I was not talking about trust system in forum in my previous post, this was strictly related to mixer warnings with colors.
Forum trust can be useful, but it can also create more harm than good.

Сan you sort by the year the mixer was created? Users will see how long ago this or that Bitcoin mixer has been providing its services to users.

You're right, this is ripe for a red mark. I will change it with the next update.

Сan you sort by the year the mixer was created? Users will see how long ago this or that Bitcoin mixer has been providing its services to users.

I didn't deal with sorting on any basis, maybe I prioritized the first few mixers that I used and at some point had personal experience with them.

I just changed to a red warning next to the Yomix name, I also removed the links to their website.
Although the user did not provide clear evidence, this is yet another accusation coming against them. Given that this is already the second known accusation, this is only in the form of prevention.

what happened:

I need to mix bitcoins, so I tried to use yomix (https://[banned mixer]/).

because I trust yomix, I did not check step by step the amount of bitcoins sent to me after each mixing, nor did I check one by one through the blockchain explorer whether I received it Mix Bitcoin (because the yomix website prompts that the sending was successful).

Finally I was surprised to find that the order showed that it was sent successfully, but no Bitcoin was sent to my wallet address (the success deceived my eyes, because at first I thought yomix would not lie to me, but the fact is, after the transaction was completed, the order told me The mix succeeds, the send succeeds, but I don't receive any bitcoins at all).

So I tried submitting multiple tickets to contact order support. It has been 7 days and no one has contacted me and my ticket has not been answered.
The current loss is about US$30,000-40,000.

So, please stay away from this scam site (at least so far my order bitcoins have not been sent to my wallet).

I also hope that yomix can send the funds that originally belong to me after seeing my message, because this is very important to me.

We have only few pages are written in this topic so I am not sure if enough members is interested in doing this, but creating a pool could tell us more.
For me it is a good idea to create new Privacy board but I think there is Privacy Coins board, maybe we can use that to write anything connected with privacy:

This is a further draw back of the mixer ban on Bitcointalk: I saw no scams against them during their promotion days on Bitcointalk, and the few issues raised on their ANN were resolved, and everything was running smoothly; their reputation was on the line, and they were competing against other mixers and ruining their services smoothly. Now they're just here and there, with no admin to hold accountable when anything like this occurs; at least on Bitcointalk, we had someone representing the platform.

From paying thousands of dollars per week for promotion to stealing $30,000 is insane; if this is true, then business must be really bad following the mixer ban on BTT. They lost a lot of publicity.

They can't even write posts on the Bitcointalk forum, only private messages.
But maybe you're right, considering that not a single mixer represents Btt as an official channel of communication anymore. I will remove the links to Bitcointalk ANNs.

But Jambler is not a mixer and you can't use it directly for mixing, so it makes no sense to add it in mixer list.
Only way Jambler could be added if jambler note would be added next to the currently listed mixers that are partners with Jambler.
Or maybe add a new section that is separate from other mixers, since Jambler is still a good privacy tool.

Jambler should still be safe on Bitcointalk or others if they keep the word about "mixer" under wraps. Some time ago the signature used in Bitcointlak explained that there was an indication of a Mixer, so that is what ultimately led to Jambler being said to be a mixer until finally the signature campaign on Bitcointalk had to be stopped.

You can mix, you just need to request API token from the support team, then you can mix your bitcoins using https://api.jambler.io/ and the mixing fee is 2% + 0.0007 BTC.

Therefore, it can be added under private mixers, and you will find more details about the fees here ----> https://jambler.io/faq.php#faq-2.8

jambler.io can be a public mixer by allowing API tokens to be obtained without needing to contact the support team, or a centralized mixing platform if Partners do not need to connect to https://api.jambler.io/, or a decentralized mixing platform (something like coinJoin ) If liquidity provision were decentralized.

Hi bitcoiners,

I have been using Yo!Mix from the 2022 and everything was great until this time I sent them 2.10 BTC and i have letter og gaurantee, still I didint receive any portion of my order and I tried to open ticket with them no answer and response from them.

Does anyone know if YoMix still in business or they just start to scam people?

2.10 BTC is a lot of money to lose - if mixers hadn't been banned from Bitcointalk, I'm sure a scam accusation thread would have been created to warn others about the risks of using Yomix.

I just checked their profile and they still have positive feedback from Poker Player, and no negatives!
Maybe campaign manager who worked with them can help with this also.

It is very possible this could be related to the situation with Samourai and Wasabi. Custodial mixers are known to have used coinjoin services as part of their mixing process.

With these services shutting down, it might disrupt their business until they can find another source of liquidity to mix with or they change their process to not be dependent on third parties. It could also be that they got spooked by the recent arrests and decided to shut down before the same happened to them.

Shutting down without making users and affiliates whole is called an exit scam. It has happened before with the likes of Bitblender.

In the case of users, we don't know if anyone sent coins that have not finished mixing when the sites were brought down.

At least Unijoin was well-ran enough to automatically open affiliate accounts upon creation so that I could withdraw my commission from there, but from both a privacy and business perspective I am definitely not looking at this with enthusiasm.

I completely agree, as long as they don't provide a solution for the case of your money still being stuck on their site then it can be called a scam, whatever amount of money is still stuck in your account you should be able to make a withdrawal. It's a shame that the name of such a big mixer is ruined because it doesn't give you your money. Hopefully the developer will immediately activate your account and be able to make withdrawals from your affiliate results.

I sincerely hoped that it would still appear and that the interruption was due to maintenance or something similar. Since there was no possibility of fraud, I did not consider that removal was urgently needed.

However, in order for the list to be reliable, I made an update and deleted mixers that are no longer functional, as well as Yomix, which is obviously high-risk.

Eh, mixers have been coming and leaving through the revolving door every year. It's just that now there happen to be three mixers exiting the space versus one entering this year. (It should actually be 2:1, because Tengri was started this year so its dissolution should not contribute to the number of mixers running.)

I find it quite odd that more mixers aren't jumping in to fill the void left by their predecessors, though.

Because the developers of services that deal with increasing privacy and anonymity going to be arrested. The authorities have decided to label the developers as money launderers, although they are aware that this is pure nonsense so by arresting them they are trying to discourage the further development of this segment.
Unijoin, Tengri, and Tumbler are examples of the method working.

For example:
Samourai Wallet seized and founders arrested (https://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php?topic=320721.0;topicseen)
or Tornado Cash developer Alexey Pertsev has been found guilty of laundering $1.2 billion (https://cryptopotato.com/tornado-cash-developer-found-guilty-of-laundering-1-2-billion-in-illicit-funds/)

I figure that the only way you are going to get something in this space through is by developing it under a pseudonym, like how Satoshi did with Bitcoin.

They can't catch the real money launderers so they have decided to just classify all developers and IT workers involved in financial software (oops, I mean crypto software) as money launderers, criminals, and such. It fits with their narrative that cryptocurrencies are only used for crime unless it's an exchange or other big business using it.

I do that. I work in some projects as bitmover and in others with my real name. It is complicated  , and my resume becomes worse. But the privacy is worth.

It is also complicated to work with 2 github accounts,  etc..

However,  developer is not my main job, just an extra. I imagine how it could be complicated for full time devs

I find it quite odd that more mixers aren't jumping in to fill the void left by their predecessors, though.
Maybe they are released but we didn't hear about them yet, and it takes time to built something that actually works for mixing and privacy.
They must be much better protected now if they want to survive attacks and seizure from regulators, and this is going to be even more intense in future.

I figure that the only way you are going to get something in this space through is by developing it under a pseudonym, like how Satoshi did with Bitcoin.
It sure is getting very risky developing anything related with privacy these days, if your identity is known to public than you can expect someone knocking on your door soon.

Sooner or later though these new mixers will need some form of promotion. And there could be signature campaigns here. But yeah, the risk involved, and it's going to be like a cat and mouse game moving forward. New mixers created new algo to be anonymous as they can be and then government trying to break that and stop them before they become so huge and being "used" by criminals to hide everything.

And it echoes to me what Bitmixer.io says when they closed like 6 years ago. And they might be right after all.  :-[

Yeah, I know. I use a separate github account for the BitMixList repository and pushing commits to a branch becomes very tricky from the command line due to authentication issues. You have to put the token in your URL and not use SSH keys, and so on.

I am doing something a little different. I was only able to "trust" github not to mix my IDs using SSH keys in Ubuntu.

This is how I do it, using two files to configure the env, and 2 ssh keys in the same .ssh directory:

home/user/.gitconfig
Code: [Select]
[includeIf "gitdir:~/bitmover/"]
    path = ~/bitmover/.gitconfig
[core]
autocrlf = false
fileMode = false
filemode = false

home/user/.ssh/config
Code: [Select]

#Default GitHub
Host github.com
  HostName github.com
  User git
  IdentityFile ~/.ssh/id_rsa

#bitmover GitHub
Host github.com-bitmover
  HostName github.com
  User git
  IdentityFile ~/.ssh/id_rsa_bitmover

and home/user/bitmover/.gitconfig
Code: [Select]
[user]
email = [email protected]
name = bitmover-studio

Details here in answer number 2

lol, a pain in the ass

Something was certainly happening with cryptomixer.io, because on 28.05 they wrote a statement on the site. I searched a bit, but I didn't find anything from the recent past that was related to them.

See, I was pretty sure that they had something shady going on, and I'm also sure that people in the know like icopress can agree with that.

I can't say I am surprised at this.

Although I too do not have any information on what might have happened to this mixer. Maybe they had just went offline like all the other mixers that shut down before them.

Unfortunately, one more mixer is out of business. They may have been the youngest and have not yet acquired a user base, but they are certainly entering a negative trend of decreasing privacy service options.
Is that an exit-scam? Or are they closing down their activities due to peeking regulation by law enforcement agencies? Who has any thoughts on this? In fact, because the regulation is on the nose. ::)

P.S. It is very strange when a campaign actively invests in development/promotion on forums, etc. and then immediately closes down. Most likely, there are significant reasons for this. And they're clearly not related to the scam and tc.

There is not much explanation from their side as to the reasons for closing down. There are no scam charges against them, and even if it were an exit scam, the site would still be operational.

Yes, I know about Royalmixer. I think that the service should have at least some user experience before adding it to the list. The idea with this thread and the list of mixers is a bit more complicated and the plan is for each mixer to go through testing and a review that would help users in future use.

All legitimate mixer services are always under attack, I think all of them experienced similar problems more than once.
It is true that Royalmix is currently offline and not working in normal browsers, but you can access their website using Tor browser link that is posted in their topic.

How a mixer (or any other service) handles an attack or any other issue, qualifies it as reliable and safe or vice versa. I'm just saying that it takes a little time to recognize what and in what way Royalmix offers us.
We will not glorify them blindly because they have a signature campaign here, but they should get a chance to prove themselves.

My idea was for all mixers to be tested and for the basis of the review to be the mixing process itself and the result they offer at the end. The high fee slowed me down in the beginning, but then some other obligations came, in the meantime some more users appeared who created a kind of monitoring page about mixers.
Although I still haven't given up on the whole idea.

I still don't have the right idea of how to do it, while making it as simple as possible and without the possibility of misunderstanding.
For example, the list of all known fake and scam mixer sites is quite long and requires daily updating. I don't think it's the most efficient way.

Just add simple and short information to watch out for phishing attacks and to always make sure you are using the real website address.
Adding one link with more information would be much better than adding a big list of all scam mixer websites.

if you decide to add a warning about phiosing, it is very important to do not add directly links to those scam websites (so you don't give them blacklinks).

Personally, I prefer to never ever read about the phising websites, so I never gets confused about the real names...

Agree with your statement and also the spelling of the characters should also be informed further because there are already sites that have almost the same characters, the font used by the fraudster looks almost the same as the original. So we must remain careful when we want to visit a site that uses our money to make transactions there.

You think you'd add Jokermix to your list now?

They just sent me a PM saying that maintenance is finished, so now might be a good time for you to check it out if you want.

I mean, it's been like, what? Almost a month or something since they launched? So I don't think you don't have to worry about that anymore. There should be no danger of them disappearing.

I will do it these days, and update the list.
I could probably add your site as well since you offer some additional information plus tools for a letter of guarantee verification.

As for the delayed addition of services to some reliable list, I have some plans to create a larger collection of various services that should have a couple of functions.
Along with some of the most important information, also prevention against phishing sites. Various services are launched every day and a very large number are unsuspected or quickly turn into scams. That's why I'm convinced that a proving period is still needed.

btw. You NotATether are in the second round of the Jokermix review campaign, did you mix and is there somewhere in your final conclusion?

Someone said they could be connected with one new exchange with similar Joke name/design, and based on what I saw so far I would be reserved with using this service.

If Jokemixer is going to be added in examplens list, than I think that SwampLizard.io should also be listed if possible.

This is a good idea, but I think word NEW should be a bit more larger maybe and more visible.
Every new service should be considered more risky like we saw recently with Royalmix, and we could also create separate list of mixers with scam accusations and proven scam mixers.

Another option could add a **scam accusation ** when there is still doubt on that service, with the link to it.

It's really annoying that Royalmix would just exit scam like that, but I think that trying to maintain a list of all "scam" mixers is going to end up being way too long, since you will also have to include every single phishing domain as well.

Makes you tear your hair out really.

I'm not sure if it was a good idea to remove RoyalMix guarantee verification from my site though, what do you guys think?

Well, it is a bit of a strange situation. It's a bit strange to me if it's scammers and everything is planned, why are they offline? Many do not know about these scam accusations, they could have been operational for a long time, and there would surely be another victim (more money for them). For example, Yomix is still online.

I'm not sure if it was a good idea to remove RoyalMix guarantee verification from my site though, what do you guys think?
Colour them in red with a warning. Although their sites are offline, it is almost impossible for a new scam to happen from that side

This is a good idea but I think it adds a lot of complications, and genuine scam accusations are not happening that often, or when they happen they are confirmed quickly.

I'm not sure if it was a good idea to remove RoyalMix guarantee verification from my site though, what do you guys think?
I think it's fine.
Royalmix is done now so only reason for guarantee verification to exist is if someone else shows up with new scam accusation, or for historic purposes.

If the mixer is still functional, there is no reason to remove it from the list. We cannot judge a service by its signature campaign, in the end, some other trusted mixers do not have any campaign here, not even representatives.

The campaign may have been stopped because it is vacation time, I expect to see them here again soon when the escrow/manager's wallet is refilled

This is not the list of active forum campaigns, and you can find other mixers that never even started signature campaigns in this forum ;)
I wouldn't worry about Mixtum but I would pay more attention on all mixers that got created recently and have no history behind them.

Jokermix has been in maintenance mode for a long time, I guess I should remove him from the list, but I'll give them some more time.
Rombomix didn't even make it to the list, it's already offline.   :o

Rombomix didn't even make it to the list, it's already offline.   :o

Quite unfortunately.  They added that 2 btc discount fee and disappeared...

You were right to wait before listing rombomix. One more reason to wait for a few months until the mixer gets established before promoting it in this topic.

BitMixList (https://bitmixlist.org/) this will give you the list of all the best, reliable and privacy sites Bitcoin mixers with additional information like the history of Bitcoin mixers and others

Yes, this list update is great, it will helps many users to get good informations about mixing platforms, their performances, competency, reliability, excellent policies, etc. I think there should be constant updates, just like how the Coinmarketcap platform has been doing, that is, it has been giving a 24 hour markets updates of all crypto activities including exchanges on the daily basis. Bitcoin mixer and Tumbler services can make some difference in choosing a reputable mixer in my opinion.

I didn't even get a chance to properly examine this rAmbomix scam, but watch out if they try to use this coins to create another spin scam with different name/design :P
I said many times that any new mixers that appear should be considered high risk and they should be examined and investigated before sending any coins to them.

An update was made in the first post
Changes to Jokermix
- new onion address
- new email support
- new fee rate (2% + 15 sats)
- removed Telegram support

A small change in the second post.
In a similar template, I added reliable mixer aggregators. For now, these are bitlist.co and bitmixlist.org

Trusted Bitcoin mixer aggregators:

Updated.
That's an image from the website, I just adapted it in the post.
Suggestion to you, once you have time, create one page with marketing material for your site. In that way, would you simplify the sharing of your site on other media.

Shouldn't Jambler.io be included?

Or maybe some label on the mixers that uses Jambler, as it is certainly a positive aspect of the service, making it more reliable (in my opinion)

How did Jokermix changed their fee rate exactly, was it increased by 15 sats?

I noticed they still have Telegram support option written in their help page, but icon was removed from the bottom, so they need to make correction.
I don't care about telegram support much, but they should have some alternative to email support, maybe SimpleX chat or something else.

Email and chat are much more common and available to everyone

Maybe just put a giant white asterisk next to the websites that actually just resell Jambler mixing services, and then kind of explain what exactly Jambler is will do the trick.

Maybe I can simply place all the marketing material on the Bitcointalk ANN (or the Altcoinstalks ANN), given that it's not much anyway, and there's way too many mirrors I'd have to update if I were to place it on a different page on the site.

Yeah, I got your points, l Will let you know that one great advantage on the mixers space is continuity, while Bitcoin mixers can significantly enhance privacy, we also experience some of them that comes to exploit users. A consistent mixers is a proven of a strong track records of general users satisfaction over times.
It is good to take good note of certain mixers that enter into the mixer ecosystem on this lists and updates on a regular basis. However, the scrutiny of new mixers on the crypto economy may depend on users, or the crypto community, who may act as regulatory body on vital informations about mixers in my opinion.

I am of the opinion that Jambler is not a mixer, but a provider. You cannot mix Bitcoin on the Jambler site.
I have certainly indicated in the table from the first post that Jambler's partners are.

Originally, I was getting DDoS'ed pretty hard, so the mirrors would allow people to access stuff even if the main site succumbed to the intense traffic. Also I was getting dropped from hosting providers for this.

Nowadays though, everything seems to have calmed down. A lot of mirrors hosted on 'free sites' have been suspended for various reasons, so what's left is a couple of Git mirrors and then whatever sites are configured to build the page from that codebase.

From my experience, those DDOS are periodically and they come and go....
It is possible that cloudflare or some other service like that is trying to force you into the paid plan. Anyway, I believe it is possible just to use higher config settings and wait a few days until that passes. DDOS are expensive to keep up, so they will stop eventually...

Dropped due to a DDoS attack?
Strange. These are certain things that happen, and you, as the owner of the site, are probably the least bit to blame for it.
As far as I know, this happened very soon after you announced that you were launching the site. I assume that at that time you had nothing negative about a mixer or service that would have wanted a vengeful reaction.

By the way, what is the opinion on the future of mixers, after the court decision reverses Tornado Cash sanctions?
Can mixers get something out of everything, maybe to encourage new ones, or possibly put pressure on exchanges and their AML rules, so that it is no longer exclusively illegal to get Bitcoin that passed through the mixer?

If he found himself in front of the Biden administration, he would certainly receive a bunch of lawsuits due to conflicts of interest, but for now, he can be arrogant.
btw:

But he was honest his time, billions of dollars are just peanuts for them.
Basically over 570,000 people sent money to Trump, and don't forget that his wife Melania has her own token crap,
Maybe he is going to need to use some mixer services after this... I am sure his advisors will give him options for this. ;)

Well, in this case the money printing was the blockchain, not a fiat currency.

It is sad to see what people are doing with satoshi technology , all those useless memecoins. .

On blockchain only for a few minutes maybe, than they sold those crap tokens for fiat dollars and dumped on everyone else.
And those dollars are just digitally printed numbers on screen that appear in bank accounts, nothing more.
People learn only the hard way.

It couldn't be any other way. The worst of all, and as I imagined, is that everything ends in a "hahaha", nothing else matters to them. There are no awkward questions, there is no one raising their voice about how Trump has used his status to enrich himself with his meme and his wife's meme. They are the worst influence and the worst image that Bitcoin and this industry can have.

I think we ware witnessing a 'memeification of crypto'. Where everyone just makes coins out of stupid stuff in hopes that a bunch of suckers aiming for 10x buy it.

These days it's not even random newbies buying it, it's trading bots that are hoping to scalp or snipe  the coin's price in hopes that they can beat the rugpull, which hardly works in practice.

At least since 2017 when i joined this cryptocurrency world, it has always been like that...

I remember the ICO crazy when shitcoins with zero fundamentals were worth billions dollars.

The only difference now  is that those coins have a meme logo and name, but the fundamentals are the same ... people just want quick money

I remember those days, so I agree with you. Sometimes I get the feeling that many people (I'm not specifically referring to anyone on this forum) behind the shield of a programmed and executed image of being pro Bitcoin and pro technology, the only thing they are ultimately after is quick money, no matter what happens, which I find very sad. Bitcoin and blockchain didn't get here thanks to memecoins and other useless projects. That's why sometimes I wonder what people think when they ask when $200k or when $300k?, when in reality, they are the first to buy garbage.

These days it's a very current phishing thing with the Unijoin.org mixer. As far as I have seen, it is still active and there have been deposits in the previous days.
I'm open to creating a blacklist that would contain all phishing and scam mixer sites. To speed things up and make it as relevant as possible, I would be grateful for all the information about known phishing mixer domains and possible lists that I would combine here into one more complete one.

Speaking of the Unijoin mixer, we all got the impression that the original Unijoin was a reliable service. Still, I can't forget a very strange case related to them, where was the scam accusation worth 10-15 BTC.
this: [possible scam] UniJoin.io (https://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php?topic=317783)
The case was strange, to say the least. Member jessuni paid 10 ETH for a VIP membership on this forum, to prove that he is serious (as well as that he has a large amount of money).
Unijoin claimed that it was probably a phishing scam (although jessuni didn't seem like a complete novice) and that was the end of it.
How do others view this case now?
If it was a competitor attack, they could have done it with much less than 10 ETH, yet somehow he gave up 10-15 BTC (which is 1-1.5 million USD today) too easily.

bump this.

Just a year and a half ago, it seemed that the mixer industry was one of the strongest in crypto. Now I look, judging by the altcoinstalks forum, which remained as a backup for the promotion of mixers, there are only a few mixers left that actively participate in the maintenance of the business. Coinomize and Mixero as the most active and possibly Jokermix, which occasionally appears here even though it has not yet taken a stable place in this industry.
What is the cause of this?
Greater integration of mandatory KYC, so mixers complicate proving the origin of Bitcoin or quite aggressive hunting of owners of related services (CM, Samurai, Tornado, Sinbad)?

Actually, the mixer industry is still quite strong, but most of them have moved to darknet forums.

I have seen this for myself.

Many mixers will not waste time promoting on a small forum like Altcoinstalks, but they'd rather advertise on forums like Exploit, XSS where most of their customers are.

However, i think if there are other places where mixers are being promoted bigger than Altcoinstalks forums, and they only have their customers there, they may not be as big as Altcoinstalks forum in term of the number of users except there are users statistics that confirmed details. Just my opinion.

What you say is true, I know those forums, and some others, where mixers are promoted, but in this case the "size" of those forums hosted on the darknet does not have much importance. It must be taken into account that many people (in addition to not knowing how the darknet works) are afraid of accessing these types of forums. This forum is fully accessible from clearnet and traditional search engines, which is where the highest percentage of new users can learn about mixers.

I think Tornado cash still exists and Samurai also lives on with forked Ashigaru wallet.
As for centralized mixers maybe they are not all happy with Altcoinstalks forum and the way promotion is going on here compared to Bitcointalk forum.
Maybe other mixers went the route of some darknet forums that are also available for promotion.

Looks like we have a new mixer on the forum.

We are going to launch our project Genesis Mix in a few days and we are looking for a graphic designer with experience in this forum BBcode. The designer will be responsible to create the graphic for our announcement topic, place the images appropriately for the announcement topic and provide us the BBcode to post the official announcement for our project.

If you are someone who have good knowledge about the forum and have a good design portfolio then please contact us.

Yes, it seems there is a new player on the field. But after seeing the website it seems strange to me that they do not have an .onion link and that the service is only available on clearnet.

Although taking into account that they are in the early stages and that they are looking for a graphic designer, it is possible that when they update the website again the Tor version will already be available.

What caught my attention is that they use coinjoin, they do not use jambler as many mixers we are used to.

Let's see how it goes. We have 4 active campaigns right now, and looks like more are coming in. Maybe we will see a rate increase soon , as the competition is moving to the forum :)

They announce a very competitive mixing fee rate
Service Fee: 0.7% up to 437% and Network Fee: 0.0003 BTC where is minimum 0.0015 BTC
They have to prove themselves and earn trust. Healthy competition is always a good thing for users.

Let's see how it goes. We have 4 active campaigns right now, and looks like more are coming in. Maybe we will see a rate increase soon , as the competition is moving to the forum :)

You're right, it seems like more campaigns are being moved to this forum. I was surprised to see BC and Whale thanks to icopress a few days ago, which may make us think that we will also be able to see more casinos here, and as you say, more competition, something that is always good in general.

I really want to see the ANN of this new mixer but we will have to wait until the last details are finalized on the website, since there are some links missing that at least for me are essential in a mixer, such as the .onion link.

They announce a very competitive mixing fee rate
Service Fee: 0.7% up to 437% and Network Fee: 0.0003 BTC where is minimum 0.0015 BTC
They have to prove themselves and earn trust. Healthy competition is always a good thing for users.

Very good rate.

Personally, I always find most mixers very expensive and most rates abusive... When you compare to services like exch.cx which also enhance your privacy (as you can BTC > XMR > BTC for example), it is much better just to use exch which has like 1/5 - 1/10 of the fees of most mixers. This new mixer has a very competitive fee.

I still can't understand the fixed network fee for almost all mixers. These days, the mempool is very unloaded, and the network fee is usually 1-5 vb/sat. I think that there is really no need to add this kind of cost to the mixing process, especially with the currently quite high price of BTC.
As you say, maybe for smaller amounts it is more advantageous to use eXch, even if you have to do a double conversion BTC=>USDT=>BTC

I hope it is not a replacement for RoyalMix as some new mixers who joined the forum had prior knowledge about the forum and how to promote their ideas in addition to their lack of technical development.

Overall it is good to see the forum attracting new projects at their beginning stage.

A few months ago, we saw several new mixers, or at least those that tried to be. Obviously, it is already well known that Altt is the place for their announcement because I haven't seen new mixers on Btt even by mistake. Unfortunately, most of them were short-lived, so of the newly created and still active ones, we only have Jokermix and Swamplizard.

They are only claiming to use CoinjJoin but I doubt they are actually using actual CoinJoin, they are just naming coinmixing that way, and they are not the first one doing that.
Original CoinJoin protocol is decentralized and there is no need to use centralized mixers for that.
I wouild also be very careful with any newly released mixers.

Some coinjoins are not 100% decentralized, as some of them have centralized coordinators (such as wasabi).

There are still some wallets which make coinjoins, like ginger.

Isn't it a good idea to add such wallets, examplens?

Honestly, at some point, new Samurai fork wallets and coordinators suddenly started to appear, so I thought to wait for a certain period for reliable solutions to crystallize. Maybe I could add them to the list in the future.

There are not ''some'' coinjoins, it's just one coinjoin, and that is decentralized... that is not related with coordinators.
All centralized mixers naming mixing as coinjoin is NOT COINJOIN.

Samurai didn't have same coordinators like Wasabi or Ginger wallet, since they used different implementation of Coinjoin - Whirlpool.

As far as I know, coinjoin is a method and strategy.  There are (and were) many implementations of coinjoin.

It was initially proposed by gmaxwell in BTT back in 2013, and is simple to mix the UTXO with other coinjoin participants. He also says there are many possible variations of the method.

Quote from: gmaxwell
The idea can also be used more casually. When you want to make a payment, find someone else who also wants to make a payment and make a joint payment together. Doing so doesn't increase privacy much, but it actually makes your transaction smaller and thus easier on the network (and lower in fees); the extra privacy is a perk.

Such a transaction is externally indistinguishable from a transaction created through conventional use. Because of this, if these transactions become widespread they improve the privacy even of people who do not use them, because no longer will input co-joining be strong evidence of common control.

There are many variations of this idea possible, and all can coexist because the idea requires no changes to the Bitcoin system. Let a thousand flowers bloom: we can have diversity in ways of accomplishing this and learn the best.

Yes I know but we saw only two variations in real life, that is Wasabi and Samourai, and they often acted hostile to each other.
They are both open source so everything can be checked and verified, and it works in decentralized way, except part with servers.
In centralized mixers you can't verify anything, since there is no source code, and everything is centralized... so it's not an actual coinjoin.

I think your are not following the discussion, it is actually about Bitcoin mixers, and not wallets. To have a better knowledge of mixers, there are many platforms to learn about mixers and you can obtain some lessons on Google search.
Now, i think that Coinjoin protocol systems has decentralized features, allowing decentralized mixing to enhance privacy without relying on the centralized services.

It seems that Yomix got on the Metamask blacklist including Ethereum Phishing Detector, SEAL, ChainPatrol, and PhishFort.

Maybe that doesn't mean much, we saw a similar thing at regular services and it was removed after the intervention. However, we will see how long it will take for Yomix to remove this mark if they try to do so at all.

Glad everything is ok. I hope you didn't get your coins too late.
Anonymixer is one of the few that does not charge a fixed network fee, so they probably include the current active fee in the transaction in order not to be unnecessarily overpaid.
Fortunately, the mempool is currently quite empty, so 2 sat/vb is realized quickly.

For now, it seems the team behind genesismix is well acquainted with how the forum works.
They also "allegedly" deposited $20k in escrow (https://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php?topic=328464.0), although no proof of funds was published, only a verbal agreement between the two parties.
I will certainly wait a certain period before adding them to the trusted list.

As far as I understand, the first review campaign was designed to encourage users to write about their experience with this mixer, and the team would reward the best feedback. It is open to all genesismix users, including those outside the forum.

Since such a campaign does not seem stimulating for older members of the forum to use this mixer only for testing purposes, campaign 2 was also opened. At least, that's what I concluded.

This seems strange. Are you sure you set the Time delay and Percentage distribution correctly?

Have you verified the letter of guarantee? Make sure you used the official link and not a phishing link.
Receiving 0.1 BTC is a good sign, as scammers usually steal the entire amount.

There was another complaint about this mixer but on another forum. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5534634.0

Unfortunately, these are cases that do not help us much, because the user only registered, and wrote a post about not getting his money. No proof, no answer, no update.

Until the mixer ban on the Btt forum, the representative of cryptomixer.io was active, unfortunately, they did not come here, so since then we do not have any information about the functionality of this service.

I don't know if this is connected with CryptoMixer case that member chekxksfda reported, but I saw latest reports from Bybit CEO showing that hackers mostly used CryptoMixer, Wasabi, Railgun and Tornado Cash.
Maybe this is not related and this is some strange coincedence, or there is something more happening behind the scenes.

Unfortunately, banning mixers from Btt has significantly disrupted user communication with many mixers. CryptoMixer is one of those who stopped all communication and now it was hard to get any reaction from them.

Can you check if you only give one output address when creating a mixing order? Is there a possibility that the rest of the funds went to another address? You should have such information in the letter of guarantee.

However, I think in current situation it is better to communicate directly with mixers or talking about them here in AltcoinsTalk forum.

Along with some accusations for Cryptomixer that we have seen here, they are currently also on the list made by Bybit in its fight against Lazarus. This probably raises them to high risk.
At least that's how it was before, the mixers connected to the Lazarus group will soon be seized.

Looking at the whole position, I would recommend the use of the mixer exclusively by those who are present here, or at least have their representative, whether it is a member of the team or through the manager, it is good to have some feedback.

With recent positive news coming from US officials regarding mixers and tumblers, maybe everyone is going to cool down with this address blacklist crap.
Centralized exchanges need to spend more money on their security, and use better aigrapped setup for their cold storage.

Bybit are trying to destroy all privacy services in their quest to get back their lost money (for which they are at fault for botching a transaction that large. I mean what were they thinking? Just click "Sign" and "Broadcast"?). They deserve nothing but ridicule for that, as we have already seen from previous episodes that exchanges will behave like wolves if trusted with consumer funds.

In the process, they've managed to do something unthinkable - they've united every privacy-preserving service and user, whether they like each other or not.

I think many big centralized exchanges are created like this with weak security on purpose, or they are created by a bunch of amateurs.
They need to have this big hacks and lost coins, to justify more blacklisting, more freezing of coins, and more strict regulation.
From that chaos it is easier for them to force people in all kinds of crazyness.

Although the fraud cases have been ongoing since last year, some archived screenshots show that the service was working last month (I remember being unable to access the site in 2024 and thinking the service had stopped).

In the bottom right corner of the page (seen on the screenshot I uploaded earlier) is a link "buy this domain". The link leads to information about the domain broker, which is controlled by GoDaddy.
Somehow, the Yomix mixer stopped working shortly after the Bybit hack, and earlier, this mixer was often associated with the Lazarus group. All this can be just speculation, but I don't think they will return on the same domain.

So I see Yomix is finally gone forever, and I am not going to miss it at all  :P
I know we need to have better privacy supporting services, and I think we have Mixtum and others with good reputation that are doing very good job for now.

Although Bitcoin doesn't appear on the list of coins we can use the service with, I think there's a new player in the field.

There is a mixer representative on the forum: zeusmix (https://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php?action=profile;u=100135).

The service allows us to mix Tron, Ethereum and Litecoin.

From what I know, there will be an official announcement in a few days while the team finalizes some details (like the .onion link) for the website.

Regarding Yomix, can anyone else try Google search and "yomix" as input?
It is necessary to have already installed the Metamask extension in the browser.

I remember when this account appeared, but we haven't heard much from it. Not about the service or anything, so it's hard to have any opinion. I'm not sure why it's been so silent until now.

I am getting warning with Metamask that website might be harmful, so website can't be opened, but I did saw several different domains.
With Brave search I am not getting any results for yomix, and I generally don't use g00gle search for anything except for some images back search.
uBlock origin extension can also be used for hiding malicious websites.
