Meme Coins / Re: $SMILEY for ERC-20 Memecoins
« on: January 24, 2024, 07:57:24 AM »
The memecoins were born in this network and were the top gainers, SHIB, and $PEPE (for example). $SMILEY is here with a great community and solid tokenomics with 66% For participants and the rest for liquidity. What do you think about it? Do you have a better memecoin right now?
I just checked a bit, this memecoin has had a strong increase in price and is correcting a bit, just down 80% from the peak 😂 The price chart on Dextools makes me worry a little about the future of this memecoin.

While you're at it you can also DYOR on Baby dragon, the community is supportive and it'll be introduced to Bitget spot soon. Which is predicted to drive exposure and liquidity for this token

In addition, I couldn't find many articles talking about SMILE token, I don't have enough information to trust my money to a memecoin. BTC halving is approaching and bullrun will take place soon, I think I should focus on BTC and top Altcoins instead of hundreds of memecoins in the market.

Meme Coins / Re: Memecoin season back?

Actually, there are many memes that imitate the Doge coin, but some are successful, some are not, so the best meme is probably still Doge.
I am not a fan of meme coins because i am such a lazy guy to research these coins. I instead chosen to stick with bitcoin. There's no doubt that there are alot of opportunities to become millionaires with these shitcoins and yet there are greater opportunities to blow your account. So,  investment in these meme coins is just a clear gambling and only those who are strong enough to gamble have the opportunity for X10, x20 etc.
I can advise the Op to follow the meme coins which Elon is rallying around with, those must sure make waves as it doesn't matter the team behind it but how much hype it can receive.
Thanks for the advice, mate. It seems I'll go for $TROLL because of Elon's support and SMILEY because of the community. I believe it's a risk worth taking.

To my knowledge, or at least this is what I hear and see: meme trend only come at the end of every bullrun to exaggerate the FOMO wave and feed the extreme greed of investors. “Even silly fun projects are x10 x100 easy, this market is really potential and worth investing in” – investors encouraged by memecoin to think like that, and invest in tokens one by one hastily without careful research.

Memecoin is often irrationally pumped by Market Makers to create an optimistic atmosphere in the market, creating conditions for them to distribute and take profits at the peak. About a few weeks ago, some memes were triggered and the price increased significantly to attract people into the market and we saw BTC was strongly resisted at $49K  :)

Large-cap memes like DOGE or SHIB continue to stagnate, showing that cash flow is only for a few small-cap memes, and it does not represent a return to the meme trend.

Certain event memes are gaining traction, and it appears that getting in early and riding the wave is crucial. For instance, I've been following memes $Myro since its introduction to exchanges like Bitget and the price trend has been decent.. that's why I think I'll be getting into Troll early and hope it pays off..cos the community is supportive

Meme Coins / Memecoin season back?
« on: January 17, 2024, 10:29:09 AM »
I've been reflecting on this, recalling previous years when memecoins like Shiba, Doge, and Pepe swiftly turned some into millionaires. As a novice back then, I missed out on those meme surges. This year, armed with more experience, I dabbled in memes like Myro, Bonk, Rats, and Sats.

While I did make some money trading those, it wasn't the life-changing fortune I aspire to. So, I'm still on the lookout for that meme opportunity that could turn my vacation dream into a reality! 😄 Lately, there's been excitement around $Troll and $Smiley, prompting me to pose the question here.

The momentum seems strong, with support from Elon Musk & Platforms like Bitget for $Troll, and $Smiley boasting a large and supportive community. I'm considering if it could replicate another Doge. Any meme experts here? What's your perspective on this?

I bet some of y'all have had eyes on the chain too, any recommendations as to how I can find early or pre launch projects??
Having an insider might help.

Finding pre-launched projects doesn't mean instant success. Some projects are launching airdrops here, and there. You can participate in them, and it's up to you if you will hold them if they will have value in the future, or will be sold immediately. I remember those who got free TIA tokens just by staking ATOM, and OSMO. If they held the TIA tokens that they've got through that airdrop until now, that means they got 5-digit money, and take note that "IT'S FREE."

Early or pre-launched projects don't mean success. New projects have the highest chance of being a scam token, and if their token does have a value in the future, that also doesn't mean that it will make the project successful. As for INJ, you might not bought it when it's still down, but they're launching airdrops just by holding INJ tokens (staking). Maybe one or 2 airdrops might become successful in the future.

I heard someone mention that staking INJ, TIA, and ATOM in the Cosmos ecosystem can result in receiving airdrops. I also recently came across Moonapp, which is the first Injective launchpad and has a super bot function. I found out it's trading on top CEX markets like Bitget, and I'm considering getting some. What are your thoughts on this?

Crypto Exchanges / Re: Why Bitget continue to soar despite all odds
« on: January 12, 2024, 08:07:59 AM »
do you think it will compete Binance soon?
i think the launch of the exchange is very timely as bear market is about to be over. their Bitget token (BGB) also is soaring in the whole year 2023. i'm not sure its usecase and never register there yet but its probably just the same with BNB.

there is this token i was keen to buy last year since its doing ICO in the platform which i guess the reason Bitget also becoming popular.

From the recent developments happening in the exchange, I think Bitget has what it takes to compete with Binance. We can tell by the way they take regulatory compliance very seriously. About BGB token, if you don't have some already I'll recommend adding it to your portfolio for real. There are exclusive events you might need them for aside the obvious fact that the token's price keeps appreciating.

Slowly but steadily, they're gaining ground. I've been participating in launchpools with BGB, and the returns have been amazing. It's a good asset to watch out for, in my opinion.

For any institution to attain the set goals, there must be a visionary leader willing to make things work irrespective of the challenges. This is my take home point from Gracy Chen recent interview with WuBlockchain.

We all saw how 2023 was really challenging for many centralized exchanges, some at a point reduced staff strength drastically and some those who couldn't withstand the heat of the bear market eventually collapsed and exited the market. Despite all this, Bitget was expanding and spreading tentacles to new region. Indeed when there is a will, there is a way.

There are lots of fundamentals issues discussed but looking into 2024, the exchange has three 3 areas of focus which are:

1. Regulatory compliance: GC maintained the exchange has always been open to regulations and that the exchange already obtain licenses from Poland and Lithuania amongst other countries. This is to help give investors assurance and peace of mind over their assets.

2. GC also hinted that the exchange will be focusing more on emerging markets such as Latin America and Southeast Asia as part of the exchange vision to see global adoption of crypto.

3. With web3 and blockchain technology adoption now on the rise, GC highlighted the readiness of the exchange to develop and invest heavily in web3 by launching projects like DEX and L2

I think 2024 is loaded for crypto enthusiasts and Bitgetters. What do you think?

I think this year would be exciting for crypto enthusiast, will be following exchange closely also looking for opportunities to explore and earn.

I have never heard of this and even if there where competition there should be a specific amount to be traded to qualify for any of those things you mention, I believe such can only be hosted by exchange or trading platform that wants to capture a particular country's attention especially to their young youth those who finds more pleasure in using centralized exchange. Well for the prizes some of the exchange offer real time prizes but if such can not gotten physically they basically converts some of them to cash prize then send it across those who qualifies for the trading competitions.

Hello, I think you should read about this event from the link the OP posted above. I'm sure your questions would be answered. I just read it, and the rewards are attractive.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: Crypto Cards: Convenience or Curiosity?
« on: January 03, 2024, 06:36:46 AM »
Cryptocurrency adoption has been steadily increasing, and one way people are integrating it into their daily lives is through crypto credit cards. These cards essentially bridge the gap between digital assets and traditional spending, allowing you to use your crypto holdings for everyday purchases. Credit cards from major exchanges like Bitget and Coinbase offers a unique way to spend your crypto without needing to convert it to fiat first. But are they worth it?

Crypto cards work like traditional credit cards, but instead of charging your purchases to a bank account, they take it from your crypto holdings. This can be beneficial for several reasons. Like you earn rewards in the form of crypto cashback or points, essentially adding a passive earning layer to your spending.

So, what crypto card do you use? And how has it benefited you?

Haven't used a crypto card before, but I'm hoping to explore the option. If you were to give a suggestion, which one would you advise I use?

Cryptocurrency discussions / Suggestions for gaming communities.
« on: September 19, 2023, 02:10:23 PM »
As the bull run approaches, many individuals are either building their projects, honing their skills, seeking high APYs through staking offerings, or patiently waiting. As a gamer, my curiosity lies in networking and connecting with like-minded enthusiasts. However, most communities and hubs I've encountered haven't truly captured my interest.

That's why I'm here, open to suggestions for web3 gaming communities where people like myself can come together, collaborate, and create something magical in anticipation of the bull run. I look forward to your recommendations.

A hybrid option is consistently advantageous since it grants you access to the combined capabilities of both CEX & DEX, providing smooth and hassle-free trading. I'm presently exploring the initial one you mentioned, and I haven't encountered any issues.

Cryptocurrency discussions / KYC situation on exchanges

What happens if you don't go through the KYC process on an exchange?

Now that the market direction is unknown, traders are left to guess while some are seeking signals from professionals. The bear market is cutting deep on everyone, including institutions.

Despite these situations, traders are looking for a way out—an opportunity to grab onto and make some profit while performing simple tasks. I came across something fascinating called a 'turn table' powered by Bitget. It's an event where you get to spin the wheel and hopefully get lucky. I haven't fully grasped the details yet, but I'm open to learning. Does anyone have experience with this, or do you have another option to share?

Sorting Box / Re: Best Web3 wallet trading options?
« on: August 11, 2023, 08:08:32 PM »
I'm a fan of web3 wallets because of their accessibility and integrated services. I haven't used BitKeep before, but the reviews I've seen on the web are encouraging, especially their fast swap feature. Now that it's been upgraded to Bitget Wallet, I believe the wallet will gain more exposure.
