Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: Do you find bounties more difficult?
« on: August 03, 2018, 11:28:40 PM »
Bounty programs used to be exciting until recently. The scammed projects have taken all the fun in it since you would likely end up working in vain. Yet I agree with your point.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: Will ICO ever end
« on: August 03, 2018, 11:07:20 PM »
Areas of tokenization do not have to be exhausted for ICOs to come to an end. If the current trend of scam projects continue, investors will be tired investing and without investors, there will be no ICO.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: Where can one buy altcoin?

You can go to cryptocurrency exchange sites like binance, coin exchange, cryptopia, etc to buy buy some of the coins. It is not something complicated.

That is true. One time I saw a hero member wearing the signature of one project and immediately, I started following the project.

The spread of fear, uncertainty and doubts is one of the factors that scares people away from bitcoin let alone to invest in it. And also bitcoin seems complicated when looking into it from afar and it scars people.

EOS has received a lot of hype from the people and its team as the competitor  of ethereum. Some even propose it can take the place of ethereum in no time.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: Which type of Bounty is profitable?
« on: August 01, 2018, 12:48:12 AM »
To the bounty hunter, any project which is not a sccam and wasn't abandoned would be profitable. Also if less people are involved in the bounty campaign, it would be more profitable for the bounty hunter.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: Why do we HODL?
« on: August 01, 2018, 12:25:16 AM »
Hodling is done to serve as an investment and to safe loses. Sometimes you buy a coin and immediately after, its value decreases. What you have to do is to hodl so that when there value appreciates you can make profit. It is a pity nowadays that the price prediction in the road map almost fail and as soon as a crypto hits the market, it value depreciates

Recently, the market has shown that bitcoin is set for a bull run. Yet, the ethereum chart is showing that, ETH is feebly struggling to even maintain its current price. What do you say about this? Why hasn't ethereum followed suit?

In many ways, Ethereum is similar to Bitcoin. It’s a public, peer-to-peer network or blockchain with its own digital currency called Ether. Ethereum was created by Vitalik Buterin in 2014 and the purpose of Ethereum is to be a platform on which smart contracts can be built and run.
Put very simply, Ethereum is intended to be a world computer.
Where Bitcoin stores a list of balances and transactions on its blockchain, the Ethereum blockchain is designed to store different types of data. This data can be accessed and used by computer programs running on the Ethereum blockchain. These programs are called decentralized apps, or dapps.
Developers around the world can build and run decentralized applications on the Ethereum blockchain. The purpose of these is to improve the industries of finance, personal information storage, governance and more by using the transparent nature of a blockchain.

Ethereum Forum / Re: Best competitors to Ethereum?
« on: July 28, 2018, 08:13:47 PM »
Just as bitcoin has no competitor on the market right now, so is ethereum without a competitor as it stands now. I just have to look at the dollar equivalent of each of the coins.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: Risk takers are winners in crypto
« on: July 27, 2018, 10:44:16 PM »
I agree with you a hundred percent on this point. Life itself is not for scaredy-cats. And if you are the kind of person who wants to wait and see that something is really working before you get on board, it would be very difficult for you to make it big time.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: What is your plan for crypto?
« on: July 27, 2018, 01:23:03 AM »
The money is my main motivation for venturing into the crypto world. But I am not interested in using the money now. I believe in having multiple streams of income.

Ethereum Forum / Re: Ethereum vs ICO
« on: July 25, 2018, 12:20:19 AM »
It is better to have a little than risk losing what you have due to greediness. The risks involved in investing into ICOs are to much and most of the time, not worth it. Stick with ethereum and make profit gradually.
