Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: Do you still believe in old coins?
« on: November 22, 2024, 08:32:21 AM »
The thing here is that some people do think that even if they would really be holding Bitcoin for too long then they would really be needing up to wait for $180k price before their money would really be that becoming that x2 on which they wont really be that interested when it comes to that manner and thats why they would really be opting on buying some altcoins on which they do know that they could be able to make or earn money on multiple folds on which this isnt something that they could really be able to do when investing on Bitcoin.
As for believing with old coins then it will really be that up to you but honestly it wont really be that bad on making up considerations such as this.

To see 180k, you either stick to the cycles and wait out for the next one or you have such a big faith in this one that you accumulate BTC even with this price.
Either way - it will happen. The only question is when, not if.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: Altcoins season
« on: November 21, 2024, 08:30:26 AM »
          -       The majority of altcoins in this era do not really have an altcoin season called a bull run like bitcoin. There are only a few of the alts that have a bull run.
And often, after bitcoin's rally, the price of the top altcoins follows the rally in their price value in the market.

That's why altcoin holders need sensitivity here so that we can appropriately and correctly monitor the crypto assets that we are holding in this era that we are holding.

That sensitivity would be the BTC dom factor.
Once it's down, alts should go up.

One of the indicators of the beginning of altcoins season is a decrease in bitcoin, and given the current value is more than 60%, which means that most liquidity is found for bitcoin and we are still two dimensions from seeing collective heights for altcoins.
You can easily see this in altcoins/BTC trading pairs.

When the correction takes place, we may see an increase of interest in alts.
Before that - all attention was on BTC.
Our time will come eventually.

Recently I came back and play some Telegram games but that is not what it all ends there because one of my most favorite feature is the crypto trading and stuff though I am not that good at it but I can say Telegram is improving and I know one day it will become the best messaging app  just because of the fact that it offers a lot of things that we might be interested in though I am not a serious gambler but we can also find gambling on Telegram, it's built-in wallet is great but my only question is that how secure is it especially money related transactions on it?

It sure does have potential, but T2E should go away with time.
Other sectors may take its place and audiences, that would be for the better.

Hi happy weekend everyone. Weekends for me are when I do deep research and position for the week. So a quick one. Which alts do you think will perform better in the bull run. Share your opinions below .
at the beginning of November, many people made big profits because at the beginning of this month the market price suddenly jumped so that many people made high profits from the coins they saved. in my opinion, the altcoins that experienced a bull run were Doge, Eth, SOL, BNB, the four coins that I noticed from the end of October until this month that experienced an increase that made people profit. but doge is superior in price increases because doge at the end of October the price was still at $ 0.11 so that it increased until now the price of doge is $ 0.214 and that is profitable many times over.
The increase in price in early November has also offered large revenues to millions of people, including small and large investors in altcoins, including some of the cryptocurrencies you discussed. From Doge, a performance that has surged notably, rising by over the multiple from end of October, is the highlight feature of this bull run. And we can observe how it gives quite a good potential to reach the positive results for coin holders with such market momentum.

Grass also delivered, in my opinion.
And we are still not finished yet with the Bull - I do think we will see more profit to be made for sure, because, frankly, there are lots of factors playing into the FOMO gradually building up.

6
Yes, that's why we are still going to expect a huge pump when he official sits at the 47th President of US. Right now the FOMO is still there that's why the price is just above $76k and we might see $80k at the end of the month.

So everything looks bright till next year and we might be on the way to really hit that 6 digit that has been predicted at the start of this bull run. So let's just keep on accumulating and saving, we still have time to make a profit.

Yeah, if Trump will deliver on his promises - we are going to see even more than 100k, in my opinion. Easily, BTC will topple that digit ATH and go further. FOMO will only grow from there.

I did not participate on this airdrop and has not been up to date about it but I can rather ask you to follow them up on their telegram and other news channels. That is if really the project was legit.
Of course the project is valid and their token is already being pre marketed from several exchanges. But the airdrops of this project will not be profitable for everyone because i have already seen the pre marketing price which would give me $15 airdrop reward. I worked for several months but did not invest due to which i received very few tokens. Actually telegram tap to free earn is fraud because there is good reward for the investor. Many such schemes are currently scamming where they are launching games called tap to earn free and forcing them to invest later.
I am not very active in following the airdrop at the moment, I only hear opinions and complaints from friends who participate in the airdrop. Currently, telegram tap to earn is hype and many people are active there, is there any fraud there? I did not study the details. but I heard complaints from participants who said the rewards were not in accordance with the initial calculations.

Even if they were - community wouldn't be able to change the allocation.
The thing is, you never know what will happen in the end, even with a credible project. We are not talking about the abnormal amount of T2E out there currently.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: Is a market purge underway?
« on: November 10, 2024, 10:21:24 AM »
I was but unfortunately few weeks ago I had to sell them all now I am only holding few hundred dollars of ETH and maybe some other few alts, not so much that can make me some good money

I think yeah maybe this pump already has purged some while some are waiting for it to cross $80k. Weak investors must already be out from the market.

I intend to sell BTC instead of buying alts as I think I wasted some time in learning this fact that BTC is not for everyone like especially for those who have low capital but it is for those who have a lot of capital like in the millions at least I know I can even hold BTC of $100 but that's not really profitable instead if I would have held some alts they would easily be given me 2x to 5x in one month and BTC take a lot of time to give that.
I think the unusual market fluctuations this season have really hit investors hard. A lot of people have given up and left the market because they couldn’t handle the temporary losses. BTC continues to do well, but altcoin investors are still taking losses. That’s a classic whale move – they force smaller investors to sell their altcoins at low prices.

BTC.D going up means if you’ve held BTC for the past two years, you’re still making more than most altcoin investments. But things will change when we enter altseason: when altcoins rise much faster than BTC. I hope you find and hold the best altcoins this season. ETH, for example, is very promising and deserves a spot in our portfolios.

I do think it can be said in the regard of newer alts, because for me - ETH and SOL pump alongside BTC, and one of the newer alts, which is ZETA (the one I got from an OKX promotion) - also goes well for now.
I do think the rally for BTC will continue and with it - we are going to get great results. Just don't get some newer alts for now.

Cryptocurrency Trading / Re: Are You Afraid of Trading?
« on: November 08, 2024, 09:37:07 AM »
The first time I learned trading through joining mentorship programs, I feel like trading is easy because I understand really well the strategy that they give me. I thought that as long as you can see the setup in the market you can make an entry but it's wrong, sometimes you are only mistaken by your own emotion that makes you feel you see a setup. Profitable traders, they have so much experience in trading and they can handle really well their emotions, they know that their losses are normal.

The theory is one thing, and the practice - is another.
Sure, even experienced traders do have losses, that's natural - it's how they handle such losses that makes them the way they are. They adapt, change tactics, and never give up. Also, the do risk management on the sessions properly.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: Making money with airdrops?
« on: November 08, 2024, 09:28:28 AM »

Usually, referral are very profitable for those who share them and there is no need to doubt that using a mini-telegram link, apart from not being from a referral, of course, you need to be careful. The main thing is actually not to use your old wallet, but specifically for mini telegram is the best solution.
not comparable at this time, the tasks given with the contributions we will receive and experience has proven that many are disappointed, but because I am not very active on mini, telegrams, for me, it is normal.
I am also not active in telegram mini games just hearing from friends that the rewards received are small, I focus more on trading and doing research on new projects that I consider more profitable than wasting time being active in airdrops.
There are many choices in the crypto world to get rewards by participating in airdrops and bounty campaigns, but unfortunately I am not a fan of airdrops and only focus on bounties on the forum.
Of course, in the cryptocurrency universe, there exists a multitude of opportunities to make a passive income, and some of these possibilities include airdrops and bounties. However, for some of us, assigning meaningful results to certain form of activity is more meaningful than assigning generic general results. Trading and research about other new projects are two steps that could provide higher profit potentiality and finding more about market portfolio.

I also agree that concentrating on what is traditionally viewed as being more lucrative, bounty campaigns are the right approach. Thus, we can contribute to projects deserving our attention on this forum, and at the same time, gain experience in the crypto ecosystem without having to spend our valuable time on activities that would not be paid enough.

They can be done as a side hustle, but they would never be a good profit-wise decision because the stability of such activities is pretty low, compared to some different spheres in the crypto space.
Even Defi would bring you more, I imagine.. With low capital even.

You are right, it all depends on the user. FIAT and Bitcoin can be used for illegal things. But the government's concern is that bitcoin decentralization is difficult to track, if used for illegal activities, the government will have difficulty finding the perpetrators. That's why when bitcoin was launched many governments banned bitcoin from their countries. But now the government has started to allow bitcoin to be an investment.
I think BTC is way more transparent than fiat. When you withdraw fiat from an ATM, anyone can move it around and use it without any reporting, making it nearly impossible to trace in many cases. With BTC, tracking is much easier, unless criminals use mixers to hide their identities.

Governments often use money laundering as an excuse to crack down on crypto, but the issue of money laundering was already a big problem before crypto existed, and fiat was always the preferred tool for criminals. I think governments aren't ready for BTC and crypto because they don't fully understand it and can't control it yet. Legal advancements for crypto in the US will be a classic example for other governments to follow and adopt in the future.

I do agree - and I hope for everything that would be beneficial for the community in the times to come.
Fiat and crypto both can be used to different extent in what govs would see as "non-legal", however, bigger entities tend to see something they didn't work with previously as something harming or alien. So much so that much efforts are needed for them to come up with needed regulations or compromises in order to process further.

I do the usual routine that I do and I like drinking some beverages, coffee, teas, etc. That relieves the stress that I am feeling with the market so, that's how I am able to skip the market when it is bleeding. And whenever I have some money to spend, I don't mind putting a part of it simply buying more like BTC and other altcoins that I want to hold. I understand that with little, you also get little rewards but the discipline that it creates is very progressive as an investor and giving me that personal achievement and satisfaction.
When the market is sluggish, there is actually no special ritual that I do, I just do my usual activities. Oh, maybe I will avoid looking at the portfolio a little because usually when our assets decline it makes our mood a little bad. Lol

When I make periodic purchases, I just look at the price and then buy it, after that I go back to my usual activities. Because usually I also get information when the market starts to improve.
good advice, when the market is sluggish we should leave the crypto market and do activities to forget the market conditions at that time because it will make our mood bad if we are still there.
I usually do other activities such as going to the fields and planting fruitful plants or doing hobbies such as playing guitar accompanied by a cup of coffee.

It's buy, hold, and forget about the rest not without the reason  ;D If the assets or coins you've got are reliable, no matter what corrections they may face, in the long run, you are in a good spot.
And you shouldn't ruin the said good spot.

Big countries like China, Russia and the US must have considerations in the crypto world.
Although China has banned crypto, they will not miss the opportunity to profit from crypto, as you said they may have bitcoin in their wallet even though the government has banned it.
While the US is currently the center of crypto, especially Donald Trump promised that if he wins this presidential election he will support crypto and make the US the center of crypto.
Of course, large countries like China, Russia, or the United States will surely be great actors in the global crypto space. Interestingly, much as China has prohibited the use of crypto, they will surely try to generate income from this industry, maybe even possess Bitcoin stock even if the legal use of crypto is prohibited. The modern center of crypto development is the United States, and if Donald Trump will return to power, he said that he would support the crypto sector and turn the USA into the crypto capital of the world. From our observations, it becomes clear that large countries in the crypto space will maintain intense competition, and this will significantly affect the global crypto landscape.

He already - is - in power, however, he needs some time to spike and arrange things up. The question is whether he will deliver on his promises or not..

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: Patience is the Key to HODL
« on: November 08, 2024, 08:43:40 AM »
Though the reason of Holding an asset is solely for the reason of long term duration, but some bearish seasons can make the heart of some investors to beat faster.
It is clear that there is no much risk involved in holding an asset either BTC or ALTS but when the Crypto market is suffering a down trend for a longer period, most Holders are prone to sell off their assets as a result of fear. Believing that the market will keep experiencing more down trend, putting their portfolio at risk.
And some others tend to buy more at every significant price drop and even hoping to accumulate more asset at the dip.

As a matter of fact, every holder has no reason to fear because there'll always be a bull season. A clear example is the market trend since the past 7days, BTC reaching over 76k from it's price of about 42k as at January 2024. For those Investors who has placed some of this asset on hold for the past one year is likely to be seeing an x3 or even x5 profit.
In conclusion, every holder has to exercise patience with any asset placed on hold and reduce their emotional stress when  the market is bearish because the season for the bulls must always come by.

Bro this doesn't work. Holding without direction is waste of time. Look at most coins ath in 2021 and now they're 70% down. If you want to hold. Hold utility' tokens and have a knowledge of TA so you know when to sell. Don't hold blindly

BTC is not like most coins, however - I do believe you, and I do agree on the fact that holding have to be done with the reason in mind. Otherwise, the profit and results will not be there.

15
I think we are going for a ride - the rally for BTC usually goes for a pretty long time, it's not like it's going to be corrected back in $65k any time soon.
Only time will tell, but I believe we are in for the show. A bullrun.
