Имущество это что-то материальное, имущественное право не совсем материальное. Вот например, дом это имущество, а право требования по договору долевого строительства это имущественное право (дом ещё не построен, возможно только котлован вырыли, или вообще есть только проектные документы).
Доля в ООО это тоже имущественное право, право принимать участие в решениях по распоряжению прибылью организации и других важных решениях. Или, например право заключения договора аренды - имущественное право. Право требования долга (цессия) тоже имущественное право.
Цифровые права в виде термина не так четко укоренилось в российском законодательстве. Есть правда понятие цифровые активы - но там все насколько я понимаю считается, что цифровые активы это то что признано государством.
Многие государства считают крипту именно имуществом. Например, в Дубае криптосделки считаются бартерными сделками - "товар-товар". Ну и любое имущество можно назвать в том числе и правом. Например, патент - это имущество или право? Предполагаю, что и то и другое. А чем его считает конкретное законодательство в конкретной стране - это может меняться.

This is so true, and the only one who can understand what you said dude is the one who really understands trading, Yes let's say that traders and gamblers are both risk takers. But Gambling and Trading are different categories, though they are the same business.

But with the growth of our capital, the risk level is higher in gambling and not in Trading. Though, both use money but in trading we use luck
but we must be knowledgeable in trading unlike in gambling, it really is not.

Черный рынок поможет. ) Черный рынок существовал всегда, даже при самых жестких диктатурах и военном коммунизме, и будет существовать всегда, и при цифровых диктатурах будущего тоже. Да, риски возрастут многократно, но когда почти весь нативный биток перекочует в липкие лапки правительственных резервных фондов и крупных ETF-фондов, тогда владение в частных руках таким битком базового уровня будет реально как накопление и приумножение активов, как цифровое золото в слитках в твоем цифровом подвале. ))

i also was not able to attend but so far it seems like a successful event i see a lot of articles coming out involving some tokens rising due to the panels that talk in the conference if you were not able to attend in token2049 at dubai there is one again at singapore though i must say the tickets are incredibly expensive it would be nice for those eager to learn and meet like minded people can afford to go but i also understand that this is an extremely important event with extremely important people so maybe the cost is pretty worht it

я с-на МЕХС уже давно, несколько лет работаю. Никаких попыток блокировок с их стороны никогда не наблюдал, слава богу. Иногда у них бывают зависы из-за наплыва пользователей, иногда они на не тот айпи адрес входа косятся, но это в целом мелочи. С БИНГ Х, к примеру, их не сравнить. У них с какого-то момента появилась плашка о неоходимотси верификации, хотя её очень легко обойти. Но со временем скорее всего заставят и по-настоящему полный КУС переходить. МЕХС пока в этом плане норм. И комса низкая и лимиты депозита очень низкие.

Indeed, you can be right. Now, of course, DGB is of the past though there are many ways to resurrect it by making it attractive to new buyers and investors by maybe providing new innovations under its wings. Or the devs still behind it can rebrand the said network and make some fanfare as part of marketing it to the people. Of course, just like you, am also afraid of bigger risks so I would just stick to Bitcoin for now. My appreciation to all people who continually hold DGB in their wallets in the hope that it can travel back to the past and explode on its glory. They can still make DGB the past, the present and the future rolled into ONE.
