It has really done bad effect in my life, I have lost more money and it has somehow affect me mentally in one way or the other. Gambling has done more of harm than good in my life.

I agree with you on this,that gambling should have a set budget,many people don't always abide by this budget or rule including me.Everytime I have decided within myself that I will not play above my budget,another spirit will still trigger me to play more than I've budgeted,and that is what destroys me completely.The moment you want to play more,before you know,you will find yourself spending more than you expected,and this is how addiction starts. That's one horror stories that I don't want myself get involved to, yes I gamble but I learn how to prioritized things. Maybe I become addicted and it use problems, but I try to resolved it myself and we (me and my wife), was also in the brink of separation that time like 7 or more years ago.
