It's very risky to invest in new crypto coins. Especially if it's a memecoin. Most coins are listed at higher value. I mostly set limit other like I did with GME on Bitget after seeing the pump. With limit others, you will be able to buy at a lower price instead of buying at the top.

Indeed, experience is needed in making good analyzes in estimating which new projects have potential and which do not. And new projects also invite quite high risks if we cannot make a good analysis. Especially if we cannot see strong fundamentals in the project we are analyzing. So avoiding it would be better. But if it's a meme coin project then we just need to see how strong the community they build is. And we just have to be good at following trends or hype. But I'm not good at seeing the potential in meme altcoins. So I mostly avoid it sometimes.

My past experiences with altcoins generally has been quite devastating and awful, both old and new coins, so right now I prefer to just stick to investing in Bitcoin, aiming for its long-term potentials rather than investing in a coin that I can't even predict its short-term or long-term outcomes.

I don't know if the world is rebranding itself. After the launched of Notcoin in exchange platforms and base on the statement all over the internet that new coins are to dangerous to invest and it is not good to invest in new projects so maney ignored Notcoin and when the airdrop was finally launched, those who invested in it made a reasonable profit from the airdrop and because that incident, many people are saying tht they don't want to miss out again  like the Notcoin so everyone now is mining and investing in Tapswap, pi Network Token and a lot more. There is no more new tokens are risky so I will not invest again.

I can't advise someone I know to invest in a new crypto project because of the risk involved in it, that they don't know the fate of the coin whether it will survive in the bearish market or scale through from it by increasing in price because not all altcoin tends to survive in crypto market when the market is bearish. The majority has disappeared into a tiny air because they were launched when the market was red, and there were not a lot of investors that were ready to risk their money into a project that had no use case in today's society.

Well, the most risk in investing comes to these new projects that are being created and especially now that we are in a space where everything isn't regulated, project developers and creators can just run away alongside the money that the investors invested in their project.

The risk in investing into new projects is at its peak hence, this is the main reason why I don't invest into new projects at all. I always have this mindset where I need to wait for at least 6 months to a year before deciding whether I will invest into this project or not. For me, it's way safer to invest at that time than investing when it's still a new one.

High risk = high reward though so if you're ok with losing your money when you're investing into new projects then there's nothing wrong with it
