I disagree. I had a lot of coins and tokens that fell by 99% and I suffered losses. But there were coins that I sold, and they grew very much. Everyone chooses their own strategy for themselves.

Probably its the most basic definition of cryptos. HOLD .. just HOLD. But i believe its always good to earn passively with Staking system also while holding. Im currently recommending you to check DAFI's Superstaking v2. also DAFI is going to move on Polygon soon. It will also help for quick return on investment imo

To be honest, I think hodling is over rated. All you need is knowledge. And this knowledge would guide you whether to hodl or dump. You can be hodling a huge bag of rubbish coins from dead projects which won't resurrect
