Well, Enzo Maresca's task may not be as difficult as Pochettino's at the start of last season.

It is the first season for Enzo, surely he has a lot of things to be done. Even if Mauricio Pochettino has built Chelsea squad well but it may not an ideal squad for Enzo. I heard that Chelsea is still expecting to sign some new players. It means they are still unsatisfied with the current squad with a lot of talented young players.

Last season, Chelsea finished in the top 6, it was not too bad achievement. Next season, Enzo should be expected to lead Chelsea to finish in the top 5 at least. If Chelsea can finish in the top 4, it will be a good achievement for Enzo. It won't be easy for Enzo to lead Chelsea to finish in UCL zone.

I agree with you that Eric Ten Hag is not suppose to be Manchester united manager after his poor performance last season, but one thing that makes everyone overlook at that is because he was able to win FA Cup and qualified for Europa next season. It isn't it like a magic that a very weak team was able to win the champions of England in a final. This was why the management of Manchester united made a rethink of not firing him. It was the last match of the season for Manchester united and the players put in their best performance in that season and won the match. That shows maybe he has understood some mistakes he was making in the past.

Vegasus clearly mentioned that MU probably don't have a better alternative at the moment. In the previous pages, there are several names approached by the higher ups but they are not yet available (as per reports). I don't think it's a good business decision to remove him and have a less experience caretaker.

Yes, we have to be more patient, because even though they are a team that has been together for a long time and still have their old coach, that doesn't mean they will start very well. It could be that a team starts off very well, but that only happens for a few games and then they decline.

Euro 2024 final match ended at the second weeks of next month and club have many players participants in Euro will get few week only getting break before returning to the club and Premier League match will start on August. I think if any players their national team reach until semifinal or final match will return later has potential absent for one or two matches at the early of Premier League matches begin.

But depend on personal players want to cut off their break out or keep returning to the club with few days only their taking rest after participating in Euro.

Every coach will experience this, a big tournament like the EURO will exhaust the players.
Each player must be aware of how to manage themselves in the best way to avoid injury.
The club will have already started planning for the season and hoping that its star players stay in top form after competing at EURO 2024.

City might have the most players in EURO but their fans shouldn't be too worried about it. That team has already shown before that they could recover from a bad start to the season due to players injuries and still win the league at the end. If I remember correctly, that was 2 seasons ago when they first beat Arsenal to the title.
