I myself am not focused on the trophies that can be won by the new coach, especially Amorim starting from a very difficult situation, so I think improving the team's performance first is a very good thing.

I'm always in favour of allowing managers a lot of time to settle in, recruit the players they need, and build a style of play that will allow them to compete with others, and all of this cannot be done in a short period of time, even if we've seen some managers achieve it quickly while others take their time.

 It's about being patient. The situation between Amorim and Rashford has developed more than I thought, and he is already having issues with his senior players. It's just too early for all this turmoil.
