If Arsenal ends up not lifting the Premier League trophy this season, it will make it the 4th consecutive seasons they have gave a good performance but still end up not lifting it.

However, Arteta have done marvelously job in Arsenal but that doesn't mean we should call for his sack, forgetting how he has made Arsenal to be this formidable than the last years when Arsenal Winger was the coach of Arsenal.

Let's see what decision Amorim would take against Onana after seeing the lapses he has made that caused Manchester United 3 points to Brighton.

The MU has been criticized quite a bit and harshly, but I wouldn't say anything about its goalkeeper. Of all the players, the one I would criticize the least would be the goalkeeper. I would criticize the coach first, because even Garnacho looks bad playing, so that's not a good thing. The team itself looks very bad playing and for an entire team to look bad that means the coach isn't doing well. He's the one who directs the team and therefore everything comes from there. If he doesn't change and play better like he did at the beginning when he came in, they will continue to be relegated.

There is so much to admire about Arteta as a coach and the way his Arsenal side is evolving but inconsistency within all the games over the weekend is concerning and inconsistency within the four seasons is appalling.

I know Ipswich is not the strongest team in the Premier League, but this is the strongest league in the world, so every team knows how to play football. So I wouldn't be taking anything away from Man City for defeating Ipswich an impressive 6-0. It was a very solid performance and hopefully a sign that the City is back in action and will continue their campaign to the top. They might be too far away behind Liverpool (currently 12 points and possibly a 15 as Liverpool has one outstanding game) but they still have a very real chance for the 2nd place.

The City are playing PSG in the Champions League tomorrow in Paris and then Chelsea at home so those games will tell us much more about their true form.

In this season, Arsenal is declining their performance. So far, Arsenal already got 8 draws and 2 losses. This team is no longer as strong as in the previous season. I don't know why Arsenal too often got a draw result. It may indicate that Arsenal has no strong strikers, most of them are average strikers only. No, they won't win the EPL trophy this season. Liverpool looks too strong to defeat by Arsenal.

Indeed. Arsenal did quite good jobs in the last few years. At least, Arsenal always become the runner up since the season 2022-2023. It is quite good achievement in EPL competition.
