It's so annoying to spend so much money to reform a ckub and the result remains the same. Eric Ten Hag wasted that funds because all the players he bought are not professional enough to play in United. United has one of the inefficient attack among the big clubs and a very weak defense. Amorim came to take over the mess that Ten Hag caused.
The strange thing is that when Ruud van Nistelroy came to take over the management of the team from Erik Tenhag for a while, we saw Man United growing rapidly. And immediately turned into a very solid and strong team, almost similar to Liverpool this season. And at that time, Ruud actually only used the existing players that Ten Hag usually played with. But the results can be very different. But when Ruud left and Amorim came, as you can see, everything went back to the club of Ten Hag's era with all its inconsistencies. So the problem here is actually the players. Or the manager? Or is this about whether or not a player is compatible with the manager? haha all this will not end and maybe it will be answered soon next season if Amorim is still given the chance.  ;D

There is always a change that occurs in any team when there is change in leadership, whether short term or the long term. This situation suggests that when a team is able to gain enhanced results during a specific season with little alteration in the players, then it is apparent that the manner of working as well as the strategies being employed by the coach are enabling the team’s capacity. However, when the team is again in an unstable position under the next coach it means that things are not working as they should. Players’ preparation and relation with the coaches also has a significant impact on the performance of the players on the ground and sometimes different results may occur because of different approach and coaching given to the players before the match.

Several times they were the team that successfully promoted, but for the English League their ability was still not ready to compete with the tight competition in the English League, finally they had to fight again from the second caste.

This is also actually a lesson for other teams that successfully promoted, where they must prepare as well as possible to be able to compete tightly.

The Saints have endured the worst season in the club's history. Ivan Juric has failed to lift the team and is now facing a job loss sooner than expected. Managers and styles have come and gone, the problems run deeper...
Sorry to see this for Southampton and their fans. :(

Southampton had a good run in the PL for years and They had the best youth academy once upon a time. Their golden period, that's how they will be remembered but don't worry... Not long they will be back soon :)
Hopefully like that, they can return to enliven the competition in even better conditions than what they are showing now. Declining and improving for a team is something that is very normal, but it will of course make the fans angry.

No one knows what they will experience in the future, it could be that as you say they will return to their best performance and even better than before.

I don't think that Ruud was trying to make any significant changes in Manchester United, if he was that good as many people claimed, he must have been able to put Leicester City in a better place in Premier League but there is nothing good to show about that club, everything looks horrible and they are probably going to relegation if they don't buckle up.

The Manchester United players where obviously in good spirit, having a new manager to make changes but they got tired of that because you know why? they are bad and their way of playing really suck, that's why they are where they are right now in the table.

From the very beginning of this season, I already knew that Manchester United would not go far with the early leadings and for sure we can see the current state of the club despite being under a new coach that Manchester United fans hard lot of hopes on but at this point the record is in the negative and many are already disappointed in Manchester United failing to reach a good position in this season.

It has long been rumored that Danny Röhl is Southampton's first choice to replace Juric at the end of the season. Röhl has shown flexibility in his approach to each game; his philosophy is Gegenpressing. I really hope this appointment is done and announced soon. The appointment of Danny Röhl this summer will hopefully end Southampton's gloomy times.

It was not a good day for the English team's in the Europa League as they did not perform very well because Tottenham was defeated despite having a good control of the ball possession and United was held to a 1:1 draw by real Sociadad in Spain , not a too good score score but there is still opportunities for the both teams to advance to the next round of matches if they can get a good results in the second leg

Tottenham's loss was a bit of a surprise, but it's just a one-goal advantage for AZ Alkmaar, so probably Tottenham is still a favourite to advance to the next stage.
As for Man United, I think an away draw against Sociedad can be counted as a success, considering how poorly United have been doing recently.

Premier League teams not have good result for UEFA Europe League knock out round match after Manchester United being draw by Sociedad and Tottenham Hotspur defeating by AZ Alkmaar, indeed have opportunity at second leg match because both of them will play home but not easily for Tottenham Hotspur get qualifying to quarter final round.
Actually UEFA Europe League is most important competition for both of them after difficulty reach the top fourth position I think become the winner of Europe League automatically qualify to Champion League next season. I think between Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur must all out for performing well in Europe League.

it's understandable to feel disappointed when a team is not performing as expected especially when a huge amount of investment has been sink into it, however we should not also forget the complexities of football management and  the challenges  that comes with rebuilding a team.  Erik faced a lot of pressure to deliver results quickly, and it possible that some of these players he signed did not perform as expected. Football is complex and unpredictable sport and success is never guaranteed no matter your level of investment.

Like it or not and sooner or later, their coach will be replaced quickly considering what has been shown does not show anything good at all.

But unfortunately when they make a change, they have to start over from the bottom where they will definitely struggle to qualify for the Premier League again, because once again what they have now is enough to get them relegated.

The goal margin of Az is just 1 which is not difficult for Tottenham to equalize if they are serious about it. I had tipped that Manchester United and Tottenham are the must favoured to win this season's Europa league. It will be bad if both from England crashes out of the competition at this time.

Meanwhile, Manchester United didn't experience a defeat and the returning match will be in old Trafford which we can consider to be a kind of advantage to Manchester United. So, even if Tottenham will not succeed, Manchester United may.

I don't fully agree with you that United performance was that good as you said when Ruid Van Nisterooy took over. He won few matches and draw some. He didn't lose any match, if I am not mistaken. A lot of people thought that Amorim will come and perform nagic and United will start winning most of their matches immediately. It's not possible that way, because Amorim needs his own set of players to make things work for him.

Yep. It’s a nightmare. They’ve got no chance this season. Two manager changes don't help either, Management is to blame equally.
Many things wrong with this side and fans need to accept relegation and prepare for League One. The board set up for the team in the summer, but this is the outcome.
Southampton has been relegated from the top flight three times: in 1973-74, 2004-05, and 2023-24. If they are relegated again this season it will be the fourth time. It’s genuinely unbelievable bad luck.

Nottm Forest Vs Man City should be an interesting one. Who knows, the result of this game could play a deciding role on who finishes in the 3rd place.
I think the City is most likely to win it and the odds are looking pretty decent. All they have to do is not be reckless in the defence.
