We can't deny that all of the big guys and Institutions's role in the recent development of cryptomarket as you mentioned. The basic thing is confidence. When such big guy like Elon Musk promotes any coin, it puts positive impact on the minds of the investors. When mental satisfaction is prevailing in the market, investors get confidence in investment. Corporate buy have huge influence whether it is in the crypto market or stock market. I know it from my personal experience in stock trading in real life.

I can see more and more big personalities in twitter are also got attention by tweets of Elon and for sure when btc hits another new ATH more institutional investors will buy at the dip, yes they will never chase the price they will wait the right moment to buy bitcoin most likely from $40k level is a good price to accumulate.
