I think you are holding junk tokens or the top Coinmarketcap.
With junk tokens: price will only increase after all other tokens price rises, often being manipulated by whales and pumped to attract capital.
With top tokens such as ETH, ETC, EOS...: their capitalization is too large to fluctuate strongly, while capital is flowing into DeFi & NFT, these tokens price will only fluctuate at the end of the bullrun.
So what you need to do is: check your portfolio.
It is safe to hold the top coin, but it also means lower profits.

This is my advice to you mate if this time some of your holdings suddenly pump their price in the market, better to sell them all than find another alternative altcoin in which you think it is more potentials and can give you a good profit in the future, just do your own research but do your own risk where you can afford to lose.
