Yeah there is a Radio button after the "Start Mixing" which is indicated a video link to to the YouTube foe proper tutorial before using the service but for those who are familiar with mixing have no problem and they can mixed without the tutorial video. I believe the button or link is big enough for most people to notice. It's hard to miss unless you use custom CSS or something similar to modify a website's appearance. Well, if they want to modify it to make it more noticeable I have no problem with it as long as they don't make it annoying like having a pop-up every time you want to mix your coins. Habit plays a part. If you're familiar with common terms such as mixing fee, letter of guarantee, etc I'm pretty sure it doesn't take long to be familiar with how mixer works. You could probably use a new mixer even if they use new jargon that refers to the same old stuff. Instead of a paper taped on a desk, have you tried to use note apps or something similar? I'm pretty sure most OS comes with it. Should be easy to add a new note or edit existing ones.

I'm not a regular mixer user. I only need to transfer BTC 1-2 times a month to sell for fiat and pay my family's bills. I don't have much money so I'm very concerned about transaction fees. Sometimes I also need to sell BTC quickly so I also care about the time.

@KryptoBull - yes that's the point of having a minimum amount of Bitcoin to mix, we uses their services and it doesn't make sense to mix like less that x amount it will just defeat the purpose of using mixer per se.
