Exactly my point, using regulation issues as an excuse to keep people's money is unacceptable and any service that does that is a scam. Many services have shut down and they allowed withdrawals to continue for a long time until everyone was done, but the scam services just run away.

Everyone should suggest which 4 altcoins they would invest $1000 in at the current price. The winner is the one whose portfolio is the most valuable.
It would have to be an altcoin (no USDT and no BTC), and at least one of them must be above 100 (or 200) positions on CMC.

I think there's nothing wrong with testing other mixers in my opinion so that you can compare them. And then after that, you will see that Coinomize is one of the most competitive mixers out there. Although you might get trap, but that is part of the learning experience I guess.

Trivia game: This involved building a game around company information, fun facts about the founding of the company to current values and mission statement. It can be games that quizzes the community on company policy, values and random facts. 
Trivia games topically requires participants to answer questions on various or specific knowledge.
I think this can can be a way to reinforce company culture and award fun price to members.

You already had Christmas Art Contest, but I think it would be interesting to have contest related with Bitcoin creation date, that is 9 January 2009.
This year it is 16th anniversary of Bitcoin and maybe you can create another art making contest.
There is always option to make another price prediction or just a random giveaway.

Someone also proposed creating Altcoinstalks community awards, so you can think about sponsoring that.

The only thing I can think of is another art/meme contest to celebrate some special day for Coinomize or crypto in general, like the usual pizza day or the first day you're in this forum.

If you're talking about promotion, maybe you can consider sponsoring some community tools like the notifier bot. I notice some projects do that now. You'll likely get noticed by the community by doing that too since I believe most users use tools like that. Sponsoring a dedicated image hosting site for the forum is also a good idea, if there's any.
