This is amazing contest, which I noticed only yesterday.

I am not too much good at art, I will try to make something as this is an amazing opportunity

Just watched all submitted arts on Coinomize.biz | Coinomize on the Moon | Art Contest | $2,000+ in prizes! I have to admit that I am surprised how much effort was put into it. For my part, the most I could do was to give each participant +1 karma, although many of them deserved more.

Question for julerz12 or Coinomize.biz team, who owns these arts now?
Can I use them to promote the Coinomize service on other platforms?

i am sure the members wouldn’t mind but from what i have seen not a lot of them included a watermark on their artworks and so spreading it without permission from the creator might be quite unacceptable

it’s different if it’s the team itself that will use the artworks from if it’s just random members all across the forum especially without giving credit

I have a feeling that general copyright law applies here. If you made it, it's unethical for another person to use it, unless you explicitly gave them permission to do so (or implicitly by participating in a Coinomize contest for example).

Also consider that Coinomize will pay/reward 20 participants, so in a way they become the owners of all the art (at least those that were rewarded with money). This is exactly why Coinomize should decide on the further use of submitted art.

In my opinion, all Art context works are meant to rewards participants, any further applications or uses of these Arts works may be decided by Coinomize biz, and due process may be necessary to avoid infringing on Art work rights.

In addition, as far as the Art context is concerned, i think that everything about the Art context competition ends as the winners receive their rewards, though Manager, Mr Julerz12 and team may make final decisions on this. Great job!

But it's best to ask the creator himself if you want to use his work.
But the more work there is about Coinomize, the more publicity for us.

Usually, in these kinds of contests, the one who starts it reserves the right to use all the winning or awarded works. This should be emphasized at the very beginning and all participants agree to such rules by participating in the contest.

I was trying to create a digital art for the contest (but i gave up as i saw amazing ones there). But i couldn't find a large logo of coinomize, just the small one on the top of the page

A page like "about us" with larger logo and some history would be cool

Honestly, the size of a company Logo on it's website is irrelevant, it doesn't really matter if the size is small or big in my opinion.
Coinomize biz might have some policies on certain public concerns like security, safety, and other matters like logo, names etc, when the company was established. Moreover, the logo on the website might have been planned and designed to alliened with best ideas or purpose by team.

The resolution of the logo is important if you want to advertise the content somewhere else,  create community art, etc.  As the logo of the website is small and has low resolution,  it basically cannot be used anywhere else.

Well for art work you should create your own logo and not copy it but of course we have better logos we will publish them with the finished work later.

Nice, I'm looking forward to seeing the new Coinomize logos in the near future. Coinomize could organize a logo design contest for the community to celebrate its launch anniversary!

I've been following some statistics on Similarweb, and Coinomize's traffic has increased in December and January, confirming the positive impact of Coinomize's contests! This is a good sign for the forum community because we may have more contests to participate in and win rewards.
