Well for art work you should create your own logo and not copy it but of course we have better logos we will publish them with the finished work later.

It could be also as a watermark on all arts from both contests

No doubt, there is progress on the Coinomize biz community, the efforts on the Art context since it was initiated was well thought by team, and the outcome has the potential to create more awareness.

Just watched all submitted arts on Coinomize.biz | Coinomize on the Moon | Art Contest | $2,000+ in prizes! I have to admit that I am surprised how much effort was put into it. For my part, the most I could do was to give each participant +1 karma, although many of them deserved more.

Question for julerz12 or Coinomize.biz team, who owns these arts now?
Can I use them to promote the Coinomize service on other platforms?

From our side you can use it.
But it's best to ask the creator himself if you want to use his work.
But the more work there is about Coinomize, the more publicity for us.

well since it has been approved by coinomize themselves then i am sure the creators would have no problem with other people spreading the artwork just make sure that when you post it somewhere else you are not going to claim it as your own as that would be stealing of another person's work it would be best to give credit where credit is due i do not know if others put a watermark but maybe we should have lol

I wonder if it's safe though. Maybe I'm just being paranoid because the government doesn't think highly of mixers so putting a watermark on art designed for mixers might put the artist on a list or something. Then again I doubt they'd go as far as banning internet artists who participate in a contest like that. Especially when the arts are not circulating outside of the forum or crypto circle in general.

Governments know the existence of mixers, i don't think anything about mixers are hidden, in facts mixers are legitimate means of transactions between individuals, company or organizations, the government only considered them as security because they thought mixers can be a source where criminals, terrorist and abusers could fund their illegal activities.

Again, Art works can be used or apply in what ever areas of business provided it doesn't infringe the Art work right of individuals, companies or organizations.
In a nutshell, Mixers are not exhibit, they are means to anonymize transactions. For example, some people normally do anonymous donations on certain events organized in our local societies. Privacy is part of live and the government knows all this.

It was a surprise to me after seeing the consolation bonus on that Christmas Art contest, and it gave me a boost to put the effort of participating in most art contest though I'm not yet a professional in art designs.
I was really encouraged with their perception in putting a smile on every users face during the Christmas period.

Rebranding does not mean changing the name or radically changing the visuals. A possible new rebranded logo could only be a modernization of the existing one, which would still retain its basic recognition, but with minor changes. Up to 20-30% of changes will not damage the previous recognition of the brand.

No rebranding. We are talking about a logo for marketing purposes that is in large format and also for the art contest.

i mean the artists are all from in this forum anyway and who has ever used their real identity in here? just use your username here or whatever you are known as in online forums how would the government know who you are? plus i do not think there is any law that prohibits an artist from making something about mixers even if it is illegal on some countries

I don't know the exact crypto regulations in each artist's country participating in the contest, but if they use Coinomize to mix their rewards, they will be untouchable by the government. This means that no matter what the regulations are, they will still be protected!

If artists value their own safety when participating in the crypto market, regardless of their field: logo design, NFT design, website design, campaign design... they should actively support and use mixers like Coinomize. Yeah, after seeing 2 big mixers which made heavy marketing campaigns in BTT getting seized, the admin decided to ban all mixers from the forum.

Bitcointalk is a much bigger forum, which has a solid traffic and technical discussion, it doesn't need mixers promotion to exist... And theymos was afraid that their promotion could damage the forum somehow.

On the other hand, this is a small community which grew a lot with mixers participation. And mixers community need somewhere to go. This was the perfect place.
