So does Coinomize detect any Lazarus doing mixers on this platform?
Although I see in the Bybit - Coinomize bounty it is not listed or lazarus does not do mixing here.

I just want to know.

I searched on the web and couldnt find anyone saying that hacked coins were sent to coinomize. I know some coins were sent to exch.cx, a KYC-free exchange.

So far, no coins were mixed in coinomize, as far as i know

I have a little question here.

We know a few days ago the Bybit incident that was hacked around 1.4B according to the news and this hack was carried out by a group of Lazarus, they distributed the hacked coins to tens of thousands of wallets including bitcoin that I saw.

So does Coinomize detect any Lazarus doing mixers on this platform?
Although I see in the Bybit - Coinomize bounty it is not listed or lazarus does not do mixing here.

I just want to know.
It's still about Ethereum. Once a hacker swaps tainted Ethereum for Bitcoin, they can do whatever they want with it.
Coinomize is a Bitcoin mixer, therefore, it is difficult to expect that it will be connected to this hack in any way.

Obviously, this is an exchange hack on Bybit exchange and on the etheruem network, it is impossible to experience this issue on mixers, of which Coinomize biz remains impeccable best, reliable, trusted, and the most popular mixer platform on the mixer space.
Coinomize biz has distinguish itself from anything that is connected or linked to hackers or scammers for over five years of it's operations running.
In facts, "Honor must be giving to who honor is due", and I think team is exceptionally doing great Jobs and deserve this honor.

they can’t really detect who is sending coins to them unless they trace the tracks the lazarus groups have been leaving around anyway we don’t even know if they are gonna use coinomize specifically

i know that some exchanges have not agreed with bybit to stop any transaction that is linked with any of the stolen coins it would be interesting to see how other mixers would react if bybit were to ask

Yes  ;)

[...]
You should update the first post, or at least add links to this post/images. In a few days, this page will be covered with a bunch of new posts and this info will be somewhere in the middle. Not easy to find.

Better than that is to publish in their website. In an about us or media kit section or something like that...

I really missed something like that when i needed.

Yes, everything will come when we have more time ;)

I have a little question here.

ETH was stolen, Coinomize only accepts BTC.
We can't say what happens after an exchange, but we don't track or check transactions, that's why we are a mixer. Coinomize stands for anonymity

Although ETH was stolen but Lazarus has converted a lot to BTC.
According to Bybit data, Lazarus currently has $440M in bitcoin spread across many wallets, it is likely that they will do more mixing.

Yeah actually that's what we expect anonomy from mixing, but if a hacker is mixing on a platform then this could be a target for the government.

Yeah, they must have converted the stolen Ether into Btc and they may allow some times before selling, probably on the same place they might have carried out the conversions.

Again, it is commonly reported that once an incident like this happens, some people begin to imagine the hacker's options, unfortunately some people may be pointing  to mixers, while others may be pointing to different exchanges as a likely point of sales.
However, Mixers are not exchanges, and Lazarus hackers may not be exposed to mixers, they can sale their stolen funds on different exchanges having distributed their stolen Ether token into different wallets as you mentioned.

has this been confirmed? maybe they would not want to convert it to bitcoin and maybe convert something that has lower fees well i am not a hacker so it is difficult to try and think like them and follow their thought process because surely people are going to be monitoring blockchains trying to catch them surely they'll go somewhere more discreet?

especially it seems like a lot of exchanges do not want to cooperate with bybit anyway as it violates their rules and integrity in the exchange even if it is for a group of hackers

Possible, but we really don't know what services they are going to used those BTC, it could be mixer or any other method that can hide their track.

And unless they can really follow the footprints and investigators says that they've used "A" mixer to laundered their money, then we don't have any clue at all as their groups are really good at evading detections.

It is possible to track lazarus addresses here, even their BTC ones, using this API

https://docs.lazarusbounty.com/hackscan/api-references

They have about 5 thousand bitcoin addresses.

This specific endpoint shows all addresses from all chains

They will certainly not use only one or only a few services to mask the traces of hacked coins. The multitude of used services and involved addresses certainly make tracking difficult.
Every DEX, no-KYC exchange, and similar swap services can be considered mixers, and such targeting is quite active.

I don't know why everyone is supporting this idea of tracking every single address connected with hack, that is going to hurt all of us long term.
And we should also think again if Bitcoin is really fungible if someone is constantly blacklisting a bunch of address for whatever reason.
If someone should be responsible that is Bybit exchange and everything connected with them.

I don't understand why hunting hackers would hurt us. This is not about fungibility, but about tracking criminals and recovering money that was obtained illegally and give it back to its rightful owners.

If someone go to a bank and steal money, authorities will try to recover that money. When they rob an exchange, that is the same.

One more reason is that there are bounties around these addresses, and if someone is able to help track them they can receive up to 10% of the recovered/frozen funds.

I'm not a regular TOR user, but is there any reasonable explanation for why this is happening?

I tried to open the coinomize.biz clearnet site on the Tor browser, but I get a message that I have restricted access. At the same time, I have unhindered access via the onion address, as well as access to the clearnet site via working web browsers such as Chrome or Firefox.

They have about 5 thousand bitcoin addresses.

I am totally in support of hunting hackers, it is a genuine course, and the fight against hackers, scammers should be encouraged on the entire crypto ecosystem for effective growth and development of the crypto economy. Hackers are enemy to the economy and should be condemned by everyone.
However, i think that hackers has no business within the mixer space, it is evidence that mixers are not exchanges, they are absolutely focus on anonymizing Bitcoin transactions, and the Coinomize biz has great reputation and proven track record of excellency on this respect for many years.
