Honestly speaking, there will always be a separation between governments agenda on crypto mixers, Mixers are working in conformity with the core Bitcoin features of decentralization, while government are working on a core feature of centralization.
I think the governments and Mixers has nothing in common except that government has the authority and power to do whatever they think is right. In facts, government clamping down mixers is basically a political control of their unknown enemy who may be working against them through illegitimate means. As a matter of facts,  Mixers are also legitimate mean of doing because of the unknown enemy who may be trying to defraud them too.
Now, I think that everyone involved on one business or another, even on crypto desire privacy, fortunately, privacy is a nature of man, and mixers, through the most reputable ones out there, like the Coinomize biz has guaranteed the anonymity of users transactions.

In facts, government clamping down mixers is basically a political control of their unknown enemy who may be working against them through illegitimate means.

It doesn't make sense to compare entities with different essences to begin with. However, it doesn't dismiss the possibility that the government will participate in privacy tools development because they need the public to mask their activities like ToR. So crypto becomes a good alternative for them to conduct private deals, you will see the change in tune although that seems unlikely.

Yup, mixers including coinomize.biz are different from them. We cannot say that they have something in common because the governments are even the ones that are trying to crack down the mixers and we all knew about that. And the government doesn't like people to use tools that are increasing our privacy and that's why they are going ahead of it and plays out the idea that these are being abused by some people. Although we know that there are pros and cons for each of them.

I think Coinomize could aim for simple events and implement them monthly. For example, a monthly BTC trading contest using Demo accounts on CEXs, with 3 winners receiving rewards of about 100-200 USD. I am not pro trader but I will join with my DCA strategy

A mixer that is in business will not be hosting a trading contest where you will be using an exchange. Is coinomize a joke to you? Instead they will host mixing contest, even if it doesn’t make sense to us.

I think it will be difficult to verify that unless we limit it to one platform. Even if that is true, it would be questionable to see a mixer working together with a CEX. I think mixing context is also questionable since it means we'll have to publish some private information so other participants can see our tx too, which would defeat the purpose of making the transaction in the first place. CMIIW.

I think price prediction is quite easy to handle if they want to make a monthly contest. It's easy to verify, doesn't need the participants to submit personal details more than necessary, and the price doesn't have to be high to attract interest from forum members. If the goal is just to get exposure with little to no cost, a price prediction contest is definitely one of the best options. That's why so many businesses run that contest on forums based on what I see so far.

Trading context is peculiar with crypto exchanges not with Mixers, lets think of others ideas, or probably team may remain with the existing Art context model. Obviously, Coinomize biz has become a community with great creativity, it is still a good idea for team and the community to continue with the Art context.
Nevertheless, many of us suggested other context ideas few months ago, and i personally brought the ideas of a trivia game or competition context but team considered the art context. Let see how the next context will look like in near future.

art contests are the easiest to conduct compared to trivia games because someone will have to make the questions and monitor the thread for correct answers and who were the fastest in answering said questions there could be too much work and confusion if not executed properly

so whatever contest coinomize decides on i trust it’s for the best of their ability and the interests of the members participating

Yes it has been ended i saw. But unfortunately i missed this contest. I think within short time Coinomize team will start again another contest. I am also eagerly waiting for thats announcement. I want to participate next contest. Because contest increase skills, gain exposure, and even win prizes.
