I had once given a suggestion on a new competition options and i still think it may be consider.
Trivia games: This involved building a game around company vital informations, just a fun facts about the founding of the company, the current values and mission statement, it can also be informations about the ideas of using mixers, can be a way to reinforce company culture etc.

Now, Trivia games typically requires participants to answer certain questions commonly on specific knowledge. It completely a knowledge based game and best participants are rewarded based on company's rules or term and conditions.

Both contests have been successfully held by Coinomize and I was lucky enough to get rewards as a participating member.
Based on my experience, some businesses also celebrate Lunar New Year. Some people also believe that the Chinese Lunar New Year is the day when the Bitcoin price usually drops because people sell their sats for some money, so maybe we can add that for the art contest too. I'm unsure if there are other popular days other than pizza one. Maybe the birthday of this forum can be celebrated, too?

Speaking of prediction, I'm a fan of predicting the number of transactions on the next block. I know that the variance would be lower than predicting Bitcoin price, but we can probably combine that with the median fee or something similar. There's little to do from the management side other than watching the mempool, and the barrier to entry is quite low so almost everyone can participate as long as they can read the mempool. CMIIW.

In this month there are several big days such as world earth day on April 22 this year, with the current condition of Bitcoin then the most suitable to make a theme contest is
"Bitcoin goes Green".

With this can highlight the use of energy to get Bitcoin in this earth to be greener and more environmentally friendly.
the second of course everyone wants to hope the price of Bitcoin will also return to green again and reach a new ATH.

It could be accepted by the core team of Coinomize for Lunar New Year, but as far as I know Lunar New Year is in February in 2025. While the Coinomize art coin is again in April now until next month (maybe May or June).

...

Well, for this prediction contest I haven't had the chance to join yet and it seems like this would be a good choice for a prediction contest on Coinomize.
I also don't know the details of how to guess the number of transactions on the next block, can you explain it to me?

lunar new year happens by the end of january so it is done and this can be noted for next year but we should focus on days that are coming up soon before we throw suggestions that will require us to wait for almost a year since it might just be forgotten by then if we suggest this early

i think this is a good idea i am also really intrigued what the members can come up with such a concept that can be so diverse and interpreted in different forms of art style

Agreed, This contest idea is very inspiring and can make people in this world more familiar with Bitcoin with Coinomize when many creations are created.

We have to see first when the contest will be launched?
If this month then we still have time with the theme mentioned by @enwi.

But, If the event contest is not held this month then we can take advantage of the moment next month, in May there is a very important event in the history of Bitcoin.
May 22nd, celebrates
Bitcoin Pizza Day

I think we all know what happened with Bitcoin Pizza Day and there are also many contests held to celebrate it.
That means there is an opportunity for Coinomize to use this theme to introduce and develop Coinomize products further.

I think it's fine if another business wants to run a contest on its own to celebrate the forum's birthday, though. I don't think the admin or the forum member would discourage us from doing that since it brings traffic to the forum. It isn't like the contest will kill the token or something. Well, we can also ask him if that's a concern.

Regarding the transaction guessing, it's quite simple in my mind. You can use a block explorer to view the number of transactions included in a block, right? For example, you can view them on mempool.space (the transaction number is in the middle of the block). We can predict which number will be included in the next block, ranging from 1 to 4 digits most of the time.

It could be and it makes sense now in my opinion too, but surely the core team from Coinomize and the Admin of the Altcoinstalks forum will discuss first regarding the rules that will be implemented if this contest occurs.

Do you mean an example like the one below?

I checked directly on the mempool dot space website and took a random example of the existing block:

Block : 892625
https://mempool.space/block/00000000000000000000cfd3876efb2b2256ee4b8d6cb7f878b5be3966115655

The question is, which number will be predicted to be contested?
(Sorry in advance, I don't know about a contest like this on every events)

Once more, i think that a "Custom Emoji" with special comments that includes the importance of Bitcoin mixer, and the platform features, goals and objectives may be considered.
Custom Emoji can be a way to support the company's efforts on their ability to deliver quality services and a reliable bitcoin mixer on the crypto community.

i am intrigued by this does this just mean making an emoji that is related to bitcoin or coinimize specifically? this can be a good idea and it would also be good if there is any way for people to actually use it while posting on here as well or just get it on their keyboards it’s a small and simple way of promoting but it can go a long way

I'm also curious about this idea! I'm not sure if an emoji can help Coinomize become more popular on the forum because Coinomize is currently being promoted quite well through a pretty nice signature.

If a unique emoji is created, perhaps it will contribute to Coinomize's promotion strategy on social platforms like X, Facebook, and Telegram when users add that emoji to their display name. It would be really exciting if one day we see hundreds of millions of social media users using icons related to Coinomize.

The question is, which number will be predicted to be contested?
If we're talking about transaction number, then we can use the 'Transactions" number on the "Actual blocks" section. We can even use the difference between predicted and actual block as another factor to judge the winner, although the variance would be very low because it's probably around 1 or 2 digits at best. On the other hand, predicting the time a block is confirmed can be another way to add another RNG element.

I tried to find information from "Actual Blocks" and I found the article from the website of dot space.

"RNG Element" What is the meaning of this RNG?
I don't understand so much if I have discussed the abbreviation in the English section.

If this is "RNG Element" and "Actual Blocks", it is possible to be used as a contest by Coinomize, then this possibility will be very crowded by all contestants because it requires a little understanding but the speeding and implementation is simple.

Indeed this mixers have been one of the most successful mixers that we have around the market and for sure it is much importance that a new development and project as custom Emoji, and the rest of what have you, so your suggestions is a good one and a welcome one let hopes the team consider that in next face of the promotions.

RNG = Random Number Generator.

There are random number generators in every computer, which are seeded (like how cars are fueled) with random data created by the hardware.

In this case, the block time of a block that hasn't been mined yet is unguessable, so joniboni is suggesting that the block time can be an example of yet another hardware RNG.
