Bitcoin Hold Or Spend ?

Although it is always good to buy and hodl when the value is low, however it’s always a decision to take by an individual based on his own analysis. For instance if you’ve already made some profit out of it then you can decide to spend and even reinvest again if it drop lower.

Actually, bitcoin is made not for the purpose of investment only but as a digital currency that can be used as replacement of money or fiat, which is use to buy commodities and pay services. If everyone HODL, I think there'll be no price movement in the market. For me if its better to spend some of my holdings to keep the market going. If all bitcoin users would spend a part of their holdings, I think market price will continuously grow and everyone can enjoy its benefits and the good profits of their investments.

Sure it can hold value but that value ultimately exists because someone will accept it for goods some day aka transfer it, not for any other “useful reason.”

If no one spends a currency, it’s acceptability goes down. Currency is meant to be spent, spend it. Plain and simple.

I prefer to hold bitcoin now, I still believe bitcoin will rise again soon. Lets see.

For now, it is more use as an asset because of the likelihood for it to rise in value in the coming years but if it continue like this wherein its mere use is for trading only then it would just be replaceable by other coins. Bitcoin needs mass adoption for it to continue being the king of cryptocurrency and be use for its actual use case.

It is not for expenses uses but it is more about holding in order to maintain the value even though it will decrease still in due time will increase again. If you spent bitcoin, you will lose the real essence.

In my personal opinion, the Bitcoin is very worthy for long-term investment. There will be an ear in which the Bitcoin price and value will be likely what happens in this early year after some Bitcoin fork. However, it needs more patience. Therefore, just be patience i order to obtain more profits.

did I hold the only coin you have now because it is not yet the right time to sell now. bitcoin can still soaring price in the range again in October-December. so be patient for the results.

If I have some bitcoins in hand. I would spend 30-40 percent of it to buy the needs of my family or invest on other coins. Its better to use or spend it to normalize the market situation. If everyone spend some of their coins and some people are also buying coins then, prices will drastically go high.

Depending on where you are, where you buy Bitcoin at 5000 USD.
Then the Bitcoin drops to 4000 USD so you HODL, if the Bitcoin goes up to 7000 USD then you sell to get profit.
