Yeah it's fine via pm I think. You can post one address in public for donations if you want, you can always send your own XMR to an other XMR addresse from time to time if you have pricacy concerns.

You might receive 3x to 4x the same notifications 5 minutes ago and some another later, but it should be limit to 1 now. I apologize again, i messed up with the codes lmao.

The problem happened again (had a similar one, two weeks ago).

During the night, at one moment I received 4 notifications. I guess the bot was hung up at that moment and decided to duplicate the answers. I'm not trying to rebuke you (by no means think that). I am only trying to help, find the problem and notify you about it.

Tried deleting the bot again/re-entering it = can't tell the result yet. If the problem shows up again, then it didn't work for me. I can still give feedback in the future if needed.

P.S. A bot is convenient + practical. Thanks for taking care of this and optimizing it as much as possible.

Yes, it's already up on GitHub now and i have logs of all the possible errors, i will share the URL of the repo soon after i add all the features.

No action is needed on your end, it's on the backend and i can say it's fixed now.

Is anyone having any issues with using the bot, today I was going to track new topics but the /menu command is not working?

Can you try it again? I didn't experience something like that, but there's something i changed just now, and it should be working. Tell me what's on your end.

The server I'm currently using is not a VPS ^{(never tried it before)}, just a cheaper shared hosting plan in Namecheap ^{(Stellar Plus)} with more or less $6.5 a month although it is paid yearly.

I have to say that I am very very satisfied with this bot

Hey, probably it happened yesterday around 6-78 PM forum time because there was some downtime in my server at that time, so i adjusted something and probably some posts were not scrapped.

Or if the post was edited since the bot only scraped the post once, and it is still in my queue to rescraped edited posts.

ah ok, I thought you were using a VPS, like on Digital Ocean they cost very little even $4 and clearly they are very small but they are sufficient for this kind of thing
if you use shared hosting even better, as you don't need excessive power and you also spend very little I must say

Update:
- Receive notifications from edited posts.
- XMR donation address added

You will now receive notifications from edited posts. The bot will scrape posts again after 5 minutes and will notify users who have mentioned them in that timeframe, including the tracked phrases. This also means that the telegram bot won't send any notifications when edited after 5 mins.

I also changed the way the bot scraped. The bot scraped data from action=recent and the next page action=recent;start=10 every minute.

Let me know if you encounter any errors. And feel free to suggest

interesting, so the trick to take
from action=recent and the next page action=recent;start=10 every minute avoids duplicates, good to know
I would also like to make a scraper to do statistics, this helps me a lot
so I could put a cronjob every 1 minute with action=recent;start=10
