That can be caused by various reasons or factors.
They still waiting for more investor to fund their ico project.
We know, most of icos are shit project, dont have a real sector I mean.

I think the good , real and well funded projects no need to collect the funds like that. Usually they already have or supported by big investor personally at the early step of their project.

There are many reasons.  I'd say most are just looking to get more investors so they can have more seed capital to get their company off the ground.  They will run the ICO longer in order to get enough to guarantee they wont run out and that they are able to achieve everything that they set out in the initial proposal.

Because the project did not reach hardcap, the project was extended so that it reached the target set. Many investors are hesitant to join the ICO because of the many fraud projects lately.

ICO period has different time span since from the beginning It has a road map that we could follow. Case to case bases many ICO is extended due to not achieving their target market cap.

Scam projects are coming across more often. The ICO periods increase. This gives an opportunity to study the prospects of the project development in more detail.

ICO is one of the safest transactions. Because the ICO has many fans, so everyone prefers ICO as work material,

Yes, every ICOs have a roadmap for time management of the project which is set by team. And future course of actions are depends of this roadmap either it is short term and will be long term project to fullfill the dreams of the investors. In most of cases ICOs are for the long period  for crowding the fund of investors.

Yes, exactly. The old ICO period is likely to wait for Investors to enter and invest their money into the ICO Project. I think that's normal. But be careful also in investing in the ICO. That's the message from me right now. Good luck.
