Have you ever gambled til you don't have money to stake on for further playing then you take a different dimension of staking with a valuable material?

Why will I gamble to the point of dropping a collateral to continue gambling. That is a sign of chronic addiction and anyone in this state needs to see an expert for rehabilitation, otherwise, his condition will worst. If you find yourself doing such, you need to quit gambling because you will run at more losses and become frustrated in life.

You might not be like that, and that's good to hear, but sad to say, there are some that are willing to trade their valuable material for money just to use it for gambling.

I've seen it first-hand when my neighbor got addicted to gambling that it came to a point where he are selling his appliances for money, selling all that he sees on his house just to have money to be used for gambling. Obviously, he's addicted to gambling, and the bad thing? Nobody can help him at that time. To cut the story short, he isn't on our place anymore as he left, and I'm just hoping that he's ok now.

Getting addicted to gambling is very easy, but quitting gambling is very hard. If you can't control yourself, I would suggest not to gamble at all.

You know that gambling addiction is getting worse when people staked money from their valuable materials like appliances. I hope that those people with addiction will be helped because it can damage their lives

Anyway, I have staked my cell phone to my friends, and unfortunately, I didn’t lose it and managed to come back from it. It was a crazy time.

The fact that you did not lose your phone does not justify your behavior. You may not have been lucky, and you may end up having a misunderstanding with your friend simply because you may expect him to give you back your phone out of friendship, and when he does not, it becomes a problem.

Gambling with a valuable item demonstrates a high level of indiscipline. Nothing is certain in gambling, and using a valuable item can cause a gambler to become depressed if he loses because it may be difficult for such a gambler to accept the loss because the item lost is valuable.

Totally depends but its true that when it comes to those  things which does have value then you could really be able to say that there's always that possibility that things could really be

Well, I would not have said something like this if I had not witnessed many events where it is true that relationships between families have fallen apart because of wealth. This is what I have learned a lot and in the end I concluded that this really needs special attention from us.

Not only wealth, but when they are depressed by something that is considered detrimental to other family members, then it will also cause the family to break up.

He's been losing in an online game which is easily played on a mobile phone. See how quick things turn when games are accessible almost everywhere? I'm not saying this wouldn't happen in a land-based casino because it already did but phone + internet makes losing money (and valuable materials ) on gambling a lot faster.

It would be an unthinkable act for me to do since I haven't found myself to be an addicted gambler for once, who can't do away with gambling addictions, that likes pursuing their losses in gambling.

It makes sense especially if one considers the fact the chances of losing in a gamble are extremely high especially when persons are putting up their property to stake when in fact finances are low. Anything that is not considered a form of gambling or any temptation leading to addiction is good. This is especially a healthy thing not to follow potentially damaging habits such as gambling for the purpose of recovering a loss, since holding this principle will also guard us from far worse situations.

I have never gambled to the point that I am short of funds and will stake any of my valuables. That is addiction because you have the urge to gamble without thinking if you have funds to gamble or not. Any gambler that finds himself in this situation should see an expert for help. Otherwise, he will lose it all before he knows.

That's the problem right now especially in our country (PH). The access to gambling right now is way easier than ever. Just register, deposit an amount and BOOM!!! You can start gambling already, and you can start ruin your life as well. Of course, it depends on you still, but most of those who tried online gambling ended up losing money, and those who lost their money ended up depositing way more to recover their losses.

Unfortunately, not all of the gamblers know how to control themselves when they're either winning or losing. It's either they will continue to gamble if they're winning until they lose, or they will borrow or even stake their valuable material if they lose their initial capital. Right now, gambling disorder is becoming a problem worldwide, and with online gambling becoming more and more popular, I believe that the number of people who will get addicted to gambling will rise significantly.

That was insanely terrible decision mate as you ended up donating you scooter fo that bet. Atleast that might give you a lesson for your next gambling session. I know you regret that decision you've made but we all did mistakes it just happen that yours is much more of a high value I mean you lost something that has sentimental value.

Losing has become a normal thing in gambling and as much as possible you should continue to accept it and this must be an important lesson so that in future gambling the same mistakes are not repeated. In gambling places you have to be careful when making decisions because sometimes the decisions you have taken do not match your expectations on the field.

That is the fact, where sometimes the ego to continue to play continues to flow, without realizing more we sacrifice, regret for regret will be formed but it is difficult to eliminate habits or addiction to gambling

Thats why on the moment that you've noticed yourself having that kind of impulsive gambling on which its really that impossible that you cant be able to notice it out then
the best thing the be done is to quit up immediately, the wrong thing that most gamblers would do is to ignore it out or simply tolerate on what they are currently doing.
This is why they do really end up on getting addicted in the end just because of that kind of condition on which it is really that hard to get out or stop on the time
that you are on such situation since the primary thing that comes up into your mind is on how you would really be that making  yourself to play even further.

Maybe the intention to stop is there, but if it is already at the addiction stage, I think the curiosity of big wins will always be there, and make our subconscious lose,  focus only on the wins that are never achieved.

Thank God I have never had to stoop to such a level. We must always have power over our personality, and to start giving away something other than money is unacceptable. I think everyone has heard the story of the guy who sold his child for debts. And there are many such stories. Control yourself, friends.
