All I can say here is that despite loosing, you were probably gambling responsibly and didn't go out of your budget, if you are that type that doesn't listen to gambling management, you will probably go broke and nobody will even advice you to quit, you will stop and delete anything that has to do with gambling forever.

Gambling isn't something you and then stop. It's not something you even quit when you win even though you have made some losses and made everything back. Just gamble responsibly and you will enjoy gambling on the long run because the more you play, the more expert you become with different style and logics to win.

A close friend of mine that's a gambler once said that most gamblers quit before the big win, this is quite a funny statement but it's actually what propels gambling addiction, this causes some sort of dependency syndrome that would make it hard to let go off because they are expecting to become successful from any of their multiple trials. just like you said it's difficult to stop but risk management can help you minimize your losses

Gamblers should not gamble in the hopes of winning big. This thought may influence his gambling rate because he will continue to gamble without pausing between sessions. The reason is that the more you gamble, the closer your payday gets. As you mentioned, he will develop a gambling addiction as a result of the constant fuelling of his gambling habit.

I have observed that winning is difficult when you have a strong desire to win. Over-desperation can cause a gambler to lose his sense of analytical thinking, making every game a potential win for him because he is too desperate to even dictate some of the risk in the games he is playing. Similarly, such a gambler is more likely to gamble without conducting adequate research. To him, winning comes from not giving up, and as long as you keep gambling, you will win regardless of whether you research or not.

Attempting to quit gambling is like attempting to quit pornography, it's near impossible.in my almost 15years of research about gambling, I have seen people uninstall betting app and reinstall after few hours. I have also seen people swear with their life never to be involved with gambling again but yet to become more active than ever.

Quitting gambling needs a lot of therapy and an alternative source of income

I could remember way back when I was always gambling without luck and run at loss almost every time that I gamble. This will make me say to myself I will quit gambling, but after a while, I will think of gambling and I will try to hold myself back, which happens. But my mind will keep telling me to gamble, and after somedays I will gamble again. Same thing will happen and I will repeat the same words again. This happened to me over and over again, but look at me now I am still gambling and having fun with it. Have this ever happened to you that you said you will quit gambling but didn't.
Why is it that, it is when a gambler is losing that he always think of quitting.
Well, I must say as a gambler there are two things you must be experiencing which includes profit and lose and as a gambler when profiting you would always want to continue gambling but when at loss you think about quitting  at all cost, but when winning you will always want to continue gambling without applying risk caution.

When a gambler control their risk factor it gives them an edge to gamble moderately and we terms be gambling so aggressively to make winning, you must not entirely be looking at the winning aspects but your heart should be open to accept the both game either you lose or you win that is one thing about gambling, but even as that you must know that gambling is a game of fun and not a game to generate income or sources from it.

Although at sometimes you experience the loss and also winning, but the most important thing is that the fun you are having even though you lose you wouldn't attached much feelings to it.

I have had many experiences when someone said they would stop gambling, but at the same time they continued to gamble. I have seen this a lot from my friends who said exactly that, but a few months, weeks or even days later they would gamble again.

This is indeed a very difficult thing to do, even though it can be said to be very easy. It takes effort to be able to really stop, even though they can't actually be called addicts.

Nobody wants to loose forever. People tends to invest in things that brings profits or earn them more money. So when you make an investment,  it's not profitable. The best is to quit. Same way when one is losing in gambling that he decides to quit.

When you are addicted to something,it can be anything like gambling or online game, or social media or drug it is not easy to get rid of that thing that has happened or is happening to you.
But if you do not have an addiction and if you do not face much loss from gambling. And if you are in control of yourself and gamble with a certain amount that you can afford to lose, then I do not think there is anything wrong with it. If your mind keeps telling you to gamble, you can do it, but on a limit.

Of course, imagine something that you are usw fo ams you gain pleasure from it, it will be near impossible for you to give it up especially, it's not affecting you negatively because you are not an addict. I gamble once a week currently and that's because I love gambling if not I would just stopped because I am very busy this period.

People won't invest money in gambling. Gambling is not a place for investment. If you want to invest your money, buy Bitcoin or Ethereum. You also can buy physical assets such as land, Gold, property, or etc.

When we are talking about gambling, it is mostly like playing games. You must know that playing games mostly just spend money. Especially in gambling games, some games rely on the luck only. There is no guarantee for the win, there is no certain time for winning the prizes. So, it doesn't make sense if you are talking about investing in gambling.

If you don't want to get losses or waste money. Kindly avoid playing gambling.

You can't stop gambling just by saying it with your mouth it's beyond just saying but it's through self discipline and taking steps to make sure that you gradually leave gambling because it's not something that can be achieved in one day but it's a process that can take time

One thing we need to know is that gambling is addictive so it's not easy leaving gambling in one day because gambling is like a spirit or alcohol so it's intoxicating in nature so it will not be easy to leave gambling but through self control and discipline coupled with some strict regulations that you give yourself such as not going close to a gambling hall or even opening a gambling site on your phone

Moving back to the way we enjoy what we consider as pleSPAM BANble, which is natural provided it does not destroy the rest of our lives. But if we can keep things in balance and not let fun become our main focus while we are trying to meet our main and more important obligations, there is nothing wrong with having fun in between. The most important thing is not to allow the habit to develop into something that one cannot control or influences various aspects of live. However, as well know many of these fun activities can be done side by side with the other important aspects in our daily schedule. It is necessary to know when you are already exhausted and everything depends only on you in order to keep everything is good.

It is wrong to see gambling as an investment except you wish to establish a betting site then it can be an investment. For the players, it is malnourished thinking that you can throw stakes and get returns all the time from gambling. Since this is not possible regardless of any strategy whatsoever used then gambling shouldn't count as a business in the mind of any gambler.

I know that majority of gamblers thinks of making money whenever they gamble but this thinking is not always manifesting and even the few wins are always returned overtime to the betting sites so at the end of the day the profit is always in the hands of the betting site.
