why cant one show a doge address virgin put in some doge and take it out instead of signing an address.

Or an ltc address for that matter.

it does cost a bit for fees but that supports the particular net work you move the doge in and our of. while signing causes a bit of traffic at no cost and does not support the coin or network.

Signing messages causes no traffic on the network, it is a local operation. You basically make a mathematical calculation locally with your private keys while signing. There is no cost neither traffic. it doesn't even go to the blockchain. It is the most common and most recommended way to prove ownership of an address.

Actually, you don't need to sign a message here, but if anyone wants to recover their account they can sign a message later on using any other address he said he owned by the time. This just things easier to use it for that purpose.;

That is not how it works. Nodes do not verify signatures. It generates zero traffic.

It is a mathematical operation which is done offline and locally in your device.

Your case seems much more complicated and I don't think it's enough to just change passwords. I am telling you this because of an earlier personal bad experience.

Likewise, do you have and do only you have control over this account wwzsocki?
It is very strange that you almost urgently teleported that account here to point out the problems with the EmoneyABC account, and then in the middle of all that, 'you' left a prediction in the Mixero raffle, where the deadline for participation has expired while using a completely new Bitcoin address.

This does not look like an experienced member, I am definitely expressing my doubts here about who controls the wwzsocki account.
I sincerely advise you to check your devices well, it would be very wise to start with a completely new OS and make an effort to sign and stake one of your older Bitcoin addresses. Ideally one that you have already proven on Btt.

So, has the admin recovered your account, and is the wwzsocki account currently under the control of the same person?

As far as I know, a seed phrase for the address generated from Blockchain.com can be seen. You can import this seed phrase to another wallet, such as Electrum, and then create a signed message using Electrum.
