I would also encourage those who may not know how to do it, to ask here for help. This is just one of the useful features offered by Bitcoin and its blockchain, and it is desirable to know at least a little about it.

Back in the old days , i received quite a few airdrops just by signing a message from a bitcoin address with balance before X date.

Signing a bitcoin message is the first step towards using better wallets and understanding the protocol better

For mobile users, I use coinomi,  which allows signing messages and coin control, another important bitcoin feature

What is the status of your signed message verification tool at https://pxzone.online/
Did you correct the errors that appeared, if not, do you want to deal with the further development of that tool?
It would be great if we could use a tool made by forum users for this purpose.

I can't find any available open-source project that will be used for reference, that is up to date with Electrum standard, that is also available for my system's programming language, but I'm currently working/learning with nodejs; maybe I'll go with Python, too, lol.

I used Electrum to sign a message on Bitcointalk, but here I would like to sign a message from another wallet that I use on Altcoinstalks. And I was surprised to find that this feature is missing from Unisat and Xverse wallets. Or maybe I haven't found how to do it?

tvplus006 to be honest, this is the first time I've read anything about the wallets you mention. Even so, I have decided to look for a little information about them and the truth is that I have not found much in terms of practical examples.

The only thing I have found about how to sign messages with UniSat is in the documents on the official website: https://docs.unisat.io/dev/unisat-developer-center/unisat-wallet#signmessage

The wallets mentioned are not bitcoin wallets like you we are used to.

They are web3 wallets, like metamask. But they are for bitcoin chain, web 3 on bitcoin

They allow to login to websites, hold brc20 tokens and nft. They have a different purpose compared to electrum

You're right. After writing my last post, I kept reading and finally found more documentation on those two wallets and they work as you say.

I suppose that many people will find them useful, but I prefer to continue using Electrum, at the moment there is no other wallet that I like more.
