Definitely did not expected France to get a tie, that seems like it wasn't in the books for them. But to be fair they faced Netherlands, a team that is also quite good and wasn't really a shock to see them get a tie. I think France needs to focus a bit more on the offensive part, they are passing very well and they are playmaking in a way that they are finding chances normally, but they are not scoring the chances that they get. In the end, I believe both of these teams will go up, they are going to face weaker teams next up and they should be able to get the wins that they are looking for to go further.

France without mbappé looks like a very regular team comma mbappe gives them the cutting edge in attack. France were even lucky that the goal that Netherlands scored was ruled off for offside else Netherlands would have gotten all three points from this game because they started the game very well and were able to make maintain their performance all through the game. With the two teams sharing points from this game, they will take their next game more seriously.

And just like that, Poland is pretty much out of the competition. It is a shame because they had their good moments in their 1st game against the Netherlands and in the 1st half with Austria.
They obviously have no chance for any of the top 2 group places, but in theory, they can still advance to the next round of 16 as one of the 4 best 3rd places. All they need now is a high win against France. Some have calculated that it would have to be at least 3-0.

I have no doubts that France and the Netherlands will not qualify and come top of their group table, but what I am not sure about is whether both teams can win other of their matches to advance to the semifinal stage of the Euro tournament. Who knows if they are to face tough teams like them along the way that can kick them out of the Euro tournament

Somehow I don't see that happening.
Oddsmakers believe that France and Germany are the strongest candidates for winning the trophy, but I think France is not playing as well as expected. Same could be said about the Netherlands.
I think England might finally make it this time.

The biggest underdog in today's round is Romania. Betting on them to win with Belgium, you get odds of even x6.75, for Belgium, it's x1.49.
Romania won their first game against Ukraine quite comfortably, 3:0, while Belgium lost to Slovakia 0:1.

Now, Ukraine has defeated Slovakia, so it's hard to say that the Romanians had an easier opponent than Belgium.
So why on earth is Belgium a favourite here? I'd expect the odds to be the other way around.

Am I the only one seeing this as a great betting opportunity and possibly an oddsmakers' mistake?

Yes, all C.Ronaldo fans definitely hope to see Ronaldo score a goal. And hopefully today all of that can happen in the field. Belgium is currently in the top 3 in FIFA and one loss do not usually sway the odds for a team that's higher in the world rankings. Besides, A beating B and C beating A doesn't increase the chances of C beating B.

The two teams played very well yesterday because they were both careful so that they will not make any mistakes in which their opponent will take as an advantage to win them. I was not expecting a goalless draw but it was quite unfortunate for Netherland that their goal which was able to enter the post was ruled out by VAR. France have failed to achieve victory and let it not be a big problem for them in qualifying to the round of 16.
