Yea of course Spain should be able ro win France because since the beginning of the competition Spain have being doing pretty good and have won all the or matches without penalty shootout. On the other hand France has won most of the or match in an unprofessional way apart from two matches which was this last won that they won Portugal with penalty shootout and one in the group stage. The rest three matches was own with an own goal. France is always finding it difficult to score goal but Spain are used to scoring goals.

Based on how the matches went, judging only from the final recap I saw, Spain seems to be the strongest at the moment

Based on everything we saw during this EURO competition Spain is the best team, but we know that best teams dont always win matches.
France has the quality to stop them and they good very good coach so maybe they finally play better against Spain.
I am expecting to see more tactical chess game between two managers in this match.
