I understand there are probably still a number of transfer that will be completed by the club, I just think they're not putting their priorities right, they should instead attend to where the club is most vulnerable, the team still lack a credible defense, the their midfield is also in shambles but instead of attending to those needs they chose to go for a player that probably isn't better than Alejandro Garnacho or Rasmus Hojlund. Clearly a case of misplaced priorities, if you ask me.
Three facts about United in the last season: Most goals conceded (58 goals), Lowest finish and most defeats in a season
This indicates that United last season had a weak back line, a less creative midfield, and a less productive front line, almost all football critics wrote about this.
United's current transfer strategy aims to cover all those weaknesses this season, Transfer window opens on June 14, 2024, and closes on September 2, 2024
So I wouldn't conclude from one case of player transfer and think ETH and INEOS didn't put their priorities right.
Be patient

EURO 2024 and the Copa America have just ended which will impact the transfer window.
