Kucoin way no straight since when I no this na when I won transfer the small BTC wey dey my Kucoin account to my noncustodial wallet. Omo the transaction fee na 10% of the transaction, and that tike TX fee dey very low. Na once I vex convert my coins to USDT send to Binance. Na from Binance I use send the coins to my wallet. So I no surprise if them dey behave like this, before you know only them go make customers run from the exchange.

Because of their activeness in the live chat, he thought they are much more better than ByBit because bitcoin has no live chat agent but only bot and filling of form but upon all that ByBit is more faster than Kucoin.

Once you follow the instructions, then everything will be very fast and easy. It was Kucoin gave him tough time for the refund request as he said But he thank God that the issue was resolved.

I get person wey Dey go through this kind of challenge wey @agbe been Dey face and I can only imagine how frustrating this whole situation can be especially if the money no be your own or probably you Dey help person trade maybe as a local vendor and you no get any spare fiat to pay the other end and maybe the receiver end no get much cryptocurrency knowledge to understand all you Dey explain then na there you go understand say crypto na very risky business and as such should be handled with caution.

It was about a month because when di thing happened I waited for like one week thinking that it was a network problem it would arrived but it was not so at the weekend I come dey try to k ow from ByBit but no way because there was no live chat service agent from them so I come chat up Kucoin dem still referred me back to ByBit then I emailed them with the TXID from Kucoin and ByBit come create their TXID den I come use dat new TXID dem create filled the self-service form in ByBit and them come  send me the refund TXID then I come, send the refund TXID plus the TXID to Kucoin. Na there di delay start oh. Kucoin wey supposed fast na den come delay.

Yes I am but e no easy oh. Before I get that money Kucoin suffer and if you see di way I quarrel them. And di mast day I vest tell the agent say if dem no refund the coins I go create accusation thread for their head in bitcointalk forum na di agent send me link to approve the pay and I approve and dem come deduct the money from my account and na so dem refund my coins with 3 hours and dem say na 5-7 working days but the pressure I gave na so dem released within 3 hours.

I really thank God for everything because the stress was not here..if you see me dey quarrel with Kucoin agents, you go even pit them. I dey insults dem, call them all the names and because of the insults and I co.e tell dem say if dem no refund di coins I go create scam accusations thread in bitcointalk nai di agent tell me say dem don forward my request to the appropriate authority and before I know dem send me refund link for me to pay the fee. And dem tell me say na 5-7 working day omo. E no reach 5 minutes I see di coins in my Kucoin wallet. Na so I laughed. Those people needs strong things. If you see how dem do me ehn.

Yes oh mostly when dealing with, all these exchanges. If you want to talk to them make talk to them directly from the exchange and not from social media platforms because other imposters go use you shine. The Cryptocurrency ecosystem is vast so we should be careful.

So I can't type exactly what I said before again. But that is not withstanding. It was after when OKX was banned from using p2p that I dove into bitget but the manipulation of the price rate of the top 10 vendors in the exchange made me to left the exchange and focus on ByBit.

Exactly wetin you talk about their manipulation Na wetin I also see too for the twitter post and replies from angry members. It is obvious that this  exchange service is somewhat worrisome and it would would never change from their ways.

I also experienced that same issues you discovered but I believe that their was a possible upgrade on the  site hence they had to shot of.it down to fix it up..

And to some extent I don't blame does scammers who manipulate the price but I blame the exchange management because they suppose to have monitoring team or the support team of the exchange would have checked those vendors with their prices time to time to know if the prices e dey inline with the exchange ToS and country exchange rate but dem sef leave those guys like dat. Foe now I have discovered another way of trading. Whenever I want to trade and I send the coins from Electrum to ByBit I would convert the bitcoin immediately to USDT and in USDT the manipulation is not like that. So if you want to sell don't keep the coins in bitcoin but in USDT.

Nah kucoin I for manipulation wey make me fear - I never really see the ones for OKX so I nor fit really give any comment on am but the one for Kucoin really burst my brain.

Bybit nai come be only exchange now wey I feel say dem nor dey do those kind manipulation - if you dey trade there you nor go too panic unlike the rest wey price they change anyhow and also their annoying 1 hour duration wey dem they set. Nah only you set your coin make he automatically change price (so that you go fit scam) nah only you still set long duration make we for nor quick cancel the trade.

That is the best thing to do if you want to trade. It is nice you first convert to usdt from the initial token or coin so that it would be easier for you to trade with. Sometimes the price can be confusing across the board but to act fast, changing to usdt makes much sense.
From the looks, I do not think the exchange would be responsible for p2p traders price manipulation but for the fact that such occurrences takes place within the exchange, the exchange would be held responsible and be made to face the law.

Another person sef another dey face the same thing wey I faced. Dis exchanges dey frustrate person like this ehn. Abeg make una no do mistake for the transaction process because the frustration is too much. When you dey do any transaction cross check the information written there to avoid any problem like this.

This is a really serious situation, it is annoying when simple things like missing a memo tag end up causing so much trouble. Bybit has done their part by giving you all the details to get your USDT back though..
The fact that kucoin confirmed the coins are with them and asked for $40 to process the refund is fine but if they are  stalling and still have not sent the refund link they said, then that is really unacceptable. Maybe you should try to follow up with their support team again and disturb them about the situation.you can also check if they have a way to get the case to a higher level of support team or even through their social media acoounts, hopefully you get a response soon
