No one knows completely when it will really go, but it’s important to have funds and settlements with Yourself that you will be prepared when the time comes. I think the best way is to DCA every entry so that you would get with the price of bitcoin.

I just really hope it will be soon.

A Bull run takes time after the halving because the impact of a 50% cut in the supply came into being after some time therefore once you will check the dates for a bull run after each halving since the first one. You will notice bull run came after 6 months to 1 year. No one can really say when it will come some are even saying the bull run has already started and BTC made the new ATH and now the bear run is starting.

Some even sold their assets and have exited the market but some not. According to my prediction bull run started but it did not end because it lasted for 6 months to 1 year and I learned this information from many experts. The bull run started in Q2 of 2024 but it just not shown its full potential yet.

I think no one can predict the exact time for a bull run. However, there are different kinds of analysts on Twitter (X) that predict possible bull run times based on Bitcoin's historical price movements. You can search for any of these accounts to get estimates of possible bull run timing.

We as older member of crypto space knew that after or before halving the market should fall badly and that is what we experienced  over the years each halving .

But in the last quarter of each year is when we expect the growth specially in bitcoin so better to wait more .

The previous halving in 2020, for instance, released 1,312,500 bitcoins to the public and decreased the block reward from 12.5 bitcoin to 6.25 bitcoin. The 2024 halving reduces this further, releasing half of the previous amount - 656,250 bitcoins - and slashing the previous rewards in half - to 3.125 BTC per block.

its given in the previous halving that the statistics shows this so just look at this for the basis to where it will become this year's halving .

I guess it's not bad that prices go down as it gives us more opportunities to buy at lower prices. I'm optimistic that by late of 2024 and in 2025, we might see a good surge in price of crypto so would be good to save and invest for that time in mind. Saying it on basis of intuition and past trends as I remember. Still, nothing is certain, no one except God knows the future.

I don't know who said to you bull run will come in Q2 of 2024 but it was wrong to say because BTC made ATH in the first Quarter of 2024 if I am not wrong. And it was due to high adoption, huge buying pressure and there was just so much hype that it made a new ATH but the real bull run has yet to show its colors.

I think that BTC will make a new ATH after November maybe because now we are going to see FTX distribution of 16$ billion dollars which is also going to dump the market and not to forget the MT Gox distribution. Germany is out of the game and TBH I don't think most of us saw it coming. Just wait and watch for BTC to make new ATH. NFA so please DYOR

OK, i initially read "when" as "what", and that confused me a bit, as I was going to say that what you are dicussing Is different from the topic or title of your thread, but I took a look again and realized that I was the one wrong.

Bull run will come when it comes, as a matter of fact, it has never been a must that there must always be a bull run every four years after bitcoin halving, this is aside the fact that bull runs has never happened immediately after halving occurred, it usually takes up to 6 to 8 months before the bull run starts.

So, what I did advice you do is be patient, and use this opportunity to improve your crypto holding portfolio, so that when eventually the bull run comes, you will smile good to the bank, Ands as for when the bull run will come, theoretically, people may believe it's usually 6 to 8 months after halving like I've said before, but in reality, no one really knows and can tell, it comes when it comes.

Yep... I also realized that it definitely wouldn't be easy for ordinary people to guess, considering that people's assumptions about halving haven't changed, I'm sure this template is taken into account by many people, but whales don't seem to let that happen easily... Yes, going back to what you said, that a bull run is very difficult to predict for people who don't have a special relationship with market manipulators... we are small traders in the eyes of whales... and the movements of one individual like us, will not be able to influence the market too much. large, especially highly liquid markets.

Although this is not a precise prediction I feel optimistic that 2025 will be bullish, if it happens or not we will have to wait until the time comes.
Looking at the history of the previous cycle, after halving bitcoin is not bullish immediately and even waits longer one year later, so maybe with the current cycle it is like this in 2025 is a lot to look forward to.
Now too much FUD is being spread including the German government selling its bitcoin, still don't panic.

This has been a very disappointing season for people who really expected that by now the market would have set a new ATH. The bullrun will still happen, we just have to remain patient. The charts already indicate that the bull must happen, we have to be patient to wait for it to happen. Now while the price of bitcoin is low is the time to gather more because we are still bullish.

Right now, I can't think of any catalyst that might start the bull run aside from the US presidential elections - only if Donald Trump wins it because of how he's using Bitcoin to promote himself. Well, there might be some events that can be catalysts in the future, but so far, the election is the only one that I think can make the bull run happens.

Not quite sure, but many new investors are disappointed because of what's happening right now. Many are expecting that the bull run must've started already because they trusted and followed the wrong online influencers.

Well, the bullrun market situation started already in April, especially BTC, although the situation is weak in contrast to the previous ones mentioned. It has become less high and the prices do not move as I am used to. This is a small ongoing bullrun where I think everyone is kind of expecting a new bullrun to appear and not a drop in prices. It should not be sold for a while as it would be arranged.
