I'm reading some complaints of harassment on some players particularly those elites from Chinese national team. Some people are even accusing them of doping because of how good they are. I'm not gonna lie, the diving competition that I've seen were like flawless (no splash).

Chinese are too good in what they prepare for. They must have prepared mostly in the areas they want gold or silver medals in this Paris Olympics long ago. Having them give a flawless move in most competitions of the Olympics should be expected not to be accused of doping. That sounds funny to me because I know how good the Chinese can be in sports activities

The USA grew into the game; they became too much for the Serbians.

FRANCE AGAINST SPAIN in the men's gold medal final match...

Spain was able to win France with a 5-3 victory after France was able to equalize two goals to balance the score line. During the extra time of the match France were more focus ON equalizing the fourth goal which gave Spain the opportunity to score their last minute goal to seal up their victory by Sergio Camello. Spain won the Euros and now Spain won the Olympics medal. What a good record for Spain this year.

FRANCE AGAINST SPAIN in the men's gold medal final match, and although France were the first to find the goal and score one against Spain, the Spanish team have shown high standards and are back into this game, scoring three goals in a space of ten minutes. It's going to be very difficult now for the French team to come back because the Spanish team plays so well, and even with the three-goal lead that they have already in this first half, they still look like they are going to score more goals.

Spain National Football Team having just won the Euro 2024, now their U23, or Olympic Football Team also winning gold just prove that there is a real football development continuity going on in the Country and their not just good by accident.

The finals was quite an intriguing match, it was quite fascinating filled with goals and high emotions as well, France having taken an lead only to go down by 3 goals to 1, then getting back on level terms before the end of regular 90 minutes to send the match into extra time, only for them to have their heart broken again by 2 goals in the extra 30 minutes.

USA very pumped to get to the finals after powering through Serbia. With that pump, I do not even think that the France will bee able to stop them from the gold. Some few minutes to the game starting, I will bet on USA.

Tobi Amusan our Nigerian record holder was expected to win gold, she tried but couldn't win it for Nigeria. Still proud of her.

France are being very competitive as well too, they had quite an early run here in the second quarter to take a temporary lead but the USA team have figured it out after a quick timeout call and back in control of the game, although the game still is very marginal one with the USA up by 5 points with 3 minutes left in the 2nd Quarter, this has been nothing short of an extremely entertaining watch.

Congrats to Ethiopia for winning their first gold in this Olympics Marathon event. There have also been great battles among USA, Jamaica, and other countries in athletics the past few days.

Yes, it was surreal he just kept tossing the ball up like it was some layups and the the whole bench was just going bizarre, and it's actually very surprising that this was Curry first ever Olympics participation, I doubted for a second when the commentator mentioned it was his maiden appearance.

as for Kevin Durant, yeah he's become the USA most decorated basketball player in the Olympics, and I think he also has the most points in Olympics basketball history...

I guess Noah Lyles now would shut the hell up with his "World Champion of what bull crap about NBA players!!!"

As of now, the China leads in the medal table with 39 gold medals won, only one above the 2nd United States.
But if we consider all the medals won (gold, silver and bronze), the USA has 123 compared to China's 90.
I'm surprised how well the Japan (ranked 3rd in the medal table) is doing in wrestling. They've won 7 gold ones in freestyle and greco/roman styles.

There are still some games to be played where the US can get a gold medal. For example women basketball finals. Last time US won gold medal in a game against France. This time same two teams fights for the gold. I believe that the result will repeat, even though last year the US won with 5 points advantage only.
