Obviously given there would be no obligation for you to accept a verdict from the court, as it's not their usual jurisdiction, then it'd be pointless a case going there unless you'd agree to a judges verdict.

In second thought it would be interesting to see someone neutral judges all reviews posted, so we can finally identify royse weird standards.
I want to see all reviews rated by neutral judges please.

You're only option based on the forum court is to take them to court as part of a scam accusation, and if found guilty by judges then they would receive the scammer tag. I should warn you that there is a very high bar for proving someone is a scammer, in order to receive such a tag, requiring clear evidence of scamming users. This also wouldn't have any effect on the way AB de Royse777 conducts their business, which is entirely their own business etc, as they have explained. This thread is otherwise insufficient for a scam accusation case, so I'll leave you to open a court case if you think that is a good idea.

Based on the current accusation, I believe it would be insufficient and likely thrown of court, so I wouldn't recommend it.

To make things clear here, I'm not going to move this thread to the forum court. This was only a consideration if both parties agreed to a judges verdict which is not the case here. The forum court is otherwise not a place to waste judges time because you want some sort of "fair review" of a situation. It is for serious disputes only that require mediation.  You are more than welcome to open a court case, as I have explained, detailing exactly what the dispute is and the remedy you are seeking (this thread does not do that suffiently).

As a final warning, I strongly recommend not wasting the courts time otherwise you may be punished for it. I've seen users punished for less by certain judges.

Without intending to go off topic here, I'll be reviewing the karma logs very soon, so all participants in this dispute will be reviewed regarding their karma issuance.

No need for any accusations here either, -karma could have been issued by any other user for any other post or reason.

needs to clarify
forum court is mostly to object decision made by mods/admin
when requested by both parties: in a lesser extent to be a deciding side when 2 parties are fighting and there are scam accusations.

we do not get involved in moderating fights between 2 members.
and we don't get involved in how bounty managers run their operations.

furthermore, if there are rules set by the bounty manager that mention they could accept or deny payment, then you have accepted those rules when joining .

Simple. This would have been solved if the guy gotten a thick skin and move on. Like this he has messed up himself in the forum. I thought he is a good poster but spammer to the core. Admin you don't have to come here and addressing such a meaningless accusation which the rules of the review was clearly stated. The manager and the company has the right to deny/reject and accept any reviews. And the worst part of it t all, he was very arrogant in the review itself. Telling the company by saying

Mixing services that are not ready should not be released in public.

who does that? If the company was not ready to make some corrections in the mixer, they would not bring it to the public and asked people to review their services.

This issue would have been addressed by forum users and I made mentioned of some of them in another thinking that they would addressed the issue on time but irony was seen. notblox1 when you are making reviews next time don't, use offensive words, and explain your experience in the process of using the services. Tell the manager or the company the advantages and disadvantages of their services if any is found. I really don't picked fight with you but was trying to tell you the truth about your comments/posts about the review and unpaid allowance. Admin thanks for coming in to solve the disagreement.

You are speculating and accusing for something that never happened. In future please avoid accusing such misconception that you are trying to spread around. Your response on the thread in bitcointalk long ago about Sinbad payment was not nice too where you were asking me to send you the coins for xxxxxx , it was a provoking response. I can list many posts you made against me where intentionally you wanted to discredit me, my service, my business but it obviously will not look nice after all you are in the same business like I am.
