Bitcoin is very mandatory for the market. So, no doubts, its collapse will cause similar processes with other coins, especially with those, which don't have any real value
I don't understand that you assume Bitcoin is mandatory. Bitcoin is surely the main coin, it is like the mother of all crypto coins. However, it doesn't mean altcoins can survive without Bitcoin. Altcoins have their own ecosystem, altcoins have their own market. I think altcoins can survive although Bitcoin disappears. As long as we have exchanges and crypto market, altcoins will be there to trade by any people around the world.
This is literally the first i'm seeing going sideways to other peoples remark.
However,i particularly get what you're saying about altcoins still surviving evem if the crypto market collapses today and i guess you too have your owm reasons or beliefs on why you think so.
Well,it is essential to know that bitcoin basically is literally a foundation for other cryptocurrencies. We have seen in various instances that when the price of bitcoin drops or depreciates, the price of altcoins too follow by in depreciation, maybe by 10-15% and not only altcoins, alot of other coins in the crypto market, altcoins are not singled out in this web basically because bitcoib serves as a trailblazer for other coins.
However, lets assume that bitcoin should crashdown entirely maybe to 4000 dollars per say,i guess your assumption is that altcoin still tends to survive this crashdown. There are some reasons altcoins might survive such as diversification.Investors may still seek alternative stores of values or innovative project.i.e investors that woukd still believe in cryptocurrency generally and also since some altcoins still have superior technological advancements or feautures.
It isn't still entirely possible that altcoin would survive but i guess it would, based on assumption.
